I get calls from this same number.  I would be interested if your solution resolved the issue or if you still get these calls.

Anna has called here repeatedly over the last month or so. At first she would call every evening  at around 8:30, just as I was putting the kids to sleep. I kept hanging up, or saying "no thank you" and hanging up, but she kept calling. One day she called early in the afternoon, and I asked her why she kept calling. I told her I either hang up, or say no and hang up and you keep calling...please take my name off the list. Then, the calls started coming twice a day. I have logged 7 calls in the last 6 business days. Tonight my husband answered, asked for a supervisor (Jessy) and told her that this is harassment, and she will be recorded from now on, and if it continues, we will file charges.

Have asked that this survery quit calling my cell phone number and they keep calling
