This scammer calls numbers on the national do-not-call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. This scammer further violates the TCPA by playing a recorded message with no operator on the line when the phone is answered. They claim, in their recording, that you are eligible for free grant money, but that you have to talk to an operator now to validate your claim. This is clearly a scam, trying to prey on those in most need of financial help.

Don't know what a dipweed monkey hunt is, but whether a banana clip or magazine, 30 rounds mated to a semiautomatic is not a casual activity.  If you are a vet with an honorable discharge, IMHO you have earned the right to interpret the constitution in accordance with your conscience, and I honor that.  If not, go carry your message to a loved one of a innocent victim.  Look into the eyes of a mother whose child has been murdered with a semiautomatic fed by a large tray of bullets and  then ask yourself how that fits in with our freedoms.

You have reduced the discussion of this issue down to patriotism.  I wore the American uniform, carried the weapon, and was trained by our government to kill without hesitation or remorse if the situation required it.  Don't disrespect that service by offering a map and inviting me to leave.

Same here, I just started googling the numbers and checking this site.  99% are listed on this site as scam/robo calls.  Just hit the block this caller button and haven't gotten that many since.  I just make a joke out of it, "Oh, must be my best friends in (state of origin here)".

Sex line telemarketed. Started giving graphical descriptions of her. She demanded money to keep going.

Got a call from this number. The call was breaking up, so I hung up and called them back. I got a message stating that they were the ' Foundation Processing Center" and that if I left a message, they'd get back to me. I just told them that I'm on the National and State do not call registries and insisted that they remove my number. Sounds like a scam to me

AT&T will only let me block other ATT numbers. This comes on my landline and I can't block them. These 'free grant money' scam calls are tiresome and frequent.

The old "free grant money now" recording was left on my voice mail. It was such poor quality (like the actual callers probably are) that it sounded like he was speaking with water in his mouth.

This company calls numbers on the do not call registry (illegal) and plays a recorded message (illegal without an operator on the line) without an operator on the line (illegal). Their recorded message states that there are millions of dollars in government grants available and that you qualify. The message says you need to talk to an agent now to get your money. This is clearly a scam, while there are government grants available, you will never receive a call out of the blue offering them to you - especially not a call that violates Federal law in order to offer you government grants...

same bs, different day.  Press one or call back and take up their time.  BS them as long as you can, they won't call back any time soon.  Forget press 2.  and those recordings saying number is disconnected, well, they are recordings on scammer answering machines.  Call blocker work fine until scammers get a new number.

oh, by the way, west coast guy, my firearms do not use banana clips, but 30 round magazines.    those banana clips are for dipweed monkey hunts.  Get a real cause like eliminating black on black crime in Chicago / LA / New York City.  Just try and get Sharpton and Jackson to help you.  Please respect all aspects of our U.S.A Constitution.  Iran has great 'laws'  against freedom and punishment that may suit you fine, no Senators to mess with either! .  Get a map and go there if you just can't stand the United States of America.

Scammers don't care what is legal or not.  They don't care about the DNC list or any other laws.   No one can find to prosecute them anyway...

When you get to an operator, if you do anything but provide them with personally identifiable information so they can commit identity theft, they hang up on you. They do not provide a physical address (as required by law), and they do not provide a business name (as required by law), and they do not provide a phone number (also required by law). They supposedly are offering government grant money to businesses, but this is clearly a scam as they demonstrate their unwillingness to provide the information necessary for a business or individual to make a decision along these lines (even the information required by law), but they want all kinds of identifying and financial information from you...

So you think complaining to the government is going to get any results?  Why do you think they call in the first place?  Because they know the government won't do a flippin' about it, except collect their civil service paycheck and retirement.  Save your time and emotional energy for something productive, like un-electing those Senators who recently voted down the ban on banana clip gun magazines.

I too got this call, but have learned to google numbers I don't recognize.  This is a great site and gives me the information to confirm the call is fraudulent.  three keystrokes and that number goes into blocked.  Overtime, the lowlife calls have dwindled to no more than one or two a week.  Compared to initially twice that many per day.  This site has been a basic ingredient in removing one irritant in my business life (there are others).  Thanks for sharing your experience.

Found out this is http://fp-center.com with an 1-888-763-8775. Called and spoke with Elizabeth Bell requesting my number be removed and she was extremely rude.Told here have pushed 2 many times to no avail.  I called back and talk to Jeff who would not listen. Jeff said they just starting calling. I will be filling an FCC report using their names and urge all to do so.
