They called me about 6 times yesterday. I dialed the number this moring to see who it was and it is some company soliciting donations for various organizations. If I wanted to donate I would contact the organizatin personally I hate phone solicitation.

Called and asked for an employee we haven't had for 5 years.  Then asked who handles our public relations.  Then hung up

Non profit charities are protected by the federal goverment and exempt from the national dnc lists... just fyi.

They are not allowed to leave messages.  Medallion is a divison on the heritage company that calls for sppecial olympics. They are legit. The only way to get of their list is to tell them to take u off and speak to a manger. They are not telemarketers or bill collectors. They are just raising money for your local area athletes to go to the games... i have been giving to them for 15 years and its tax dedutable. Not a fraud or a scam.

3:20 p.m. AK TIME ... SUNDAY afternoon - received call, showed up on caller ID as MEDALLION. Call is for  Alaska Special Olympics.  4th call in 2 days.  Extremely annoying. Told telemarketer to remove my number from their list.   Charity calls are exempt from the The National DO NOT CALL list.  Going to report the number to my phone company.  WHEN OH WHEN will the phone companies allow BLOCKED NUMBERS?  Very frustrated.  Between political calls (also exempt from the National Do Not Call List) and charity calls, the phone rings every day of the week, all hours of the day.

11 calls from the 302-990-2943 in the last hour.  They never leave a message. I just got another one!!!  Very irritating!

Anna, when did you put your phone number on the Do Not Call list?  If it was less than 90 days ago, it could be why you're still getting telemarketing calls.  It usually takes 90 days before it goes into effect.

So much for the donotcall.gov site for blocking the calls. The name came up as MEDALLION. I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message.

Receive telephone call from this number: 302-990-2943. No message left. We never answer -have no clue who they are but I am thinking of getting rid of my home number. On  a daily basis I receive 10 calls from unknown telephone numbers.

The number 866-998-2500 ext. 6291 and ask for Julia come daily. She used a threating tone and wished me good luck. Have no idea who this is and hope the unwanted calls can be stopped.

I returned call to the number stating that i am on a national do not call list and stated if i have  another call from this number i will press charges

This was a telemarker (I Guess) raising money for the Alaska Special Olympics.

Calls every evening at 8:l0 pm.  Very disrupting since we are supposed to be on the NO CALL list.  Leave us alone.

Caller ID came up as "Medallion" asked for my husband by his first name and when questioned curtly said would call back.

Called repeatedly at between 7 and 8 p.m. (Central time), every day for at least 2 weeks.

Receive calls from this number almost every day.  Will not leave message on answering machine.

Received calls several times, when answered caller claimed to be with charity but couldn't answer questions on where located, etc. I advised we would contact them if we wanted to give to charity - not give to cold calls.

This number comes up on my phone almost every day around dinner time. Who are they?
