got the call from 303-134-5678, thought the number looked fishy to begin with
answered it, girl on the other end knew my name, hmmm, wanted to verify etc.
then she gives me a 1-888-399-0768 number to call, to find out what the "summons" is about
called the number, no one picked up, I then left a message (probably the wrong thing to do) waiting for a call back now.

I didn't realize this as they called my daughter and My #.  I actually through this was real and gave them my info to play off the debt.  God help me! !!!

These people are also calling from 213-260-9483. Beware. They are a scam artist pretending to be a debt collector. They call themselves the legal procedures department of some company and make it sound like they are attempting to deliver legal documents. Hang up immediately.
