This is a Phishing Scam. They try to get you to give them additional information by caliming you won something.

Been receiving multiple calls from this number.  If I answer they hang up and disconnect.  8/24/2010 received calls from this number at 9:27 a.m., 4:33 p.m., 7:07 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.  Calls come from this number mutiple times daily.
