3032319337 continuous calls. Need to be banned!

They called yesterday and woke me up. There was a pitch about them sending me a package (that I didn't order) and I hung up. The same gentleman had the nerve to call me back again this morning. This is criminal.

Called at 838am on a Saturday Morning.  That's unacceptable.  These people have been calling at least once a week for several years.  That doesn't inspire me to give to their charity.  They are obnoxious jerks.

Lupus Foundation calls WAY WAY WAY WAY too often.  They are very annoying.

Also, my caller ID shows their number, but not their name, which to me is very shady and dishonest to the point of being intentionally deceptive.

I got a call from this number this afternoon at 5:03.  It is the Lupus Foundation of Colorado calling to notify me that there will be a truck in my area and they did not leave a message.  

I got a call from this number on October 14 at 8:02 AM saying there would be a truck in the area to pick up donations.  These guys continue to call me back every two to three weeks.  I want them to stop.  I am already donating to someone else.

To the person that works for this company below -- I totally understand needing a job, I really do, but everyone has a choice to do the right thing and report bad practices, even when you work there.

How do you stop these phone calls???  They don't give up

I would love to know how to get off of the call list for the # 303-231-9337 who call representing a # of charities.  Of course, every week there is a "Truck in your area" available to pick-up discards.  What these people haven't figured out is that these daily/weekly calls DETER me from giving to those charities.  I consider these calls to be harassment.  I have requested numerous times to be removed and yet the calls continue!!  If anyone know the magic trick - please share!!

I have also asked to not be called but they continue. I use Comcast which has a call blocking service.  In this case, press *78 & follow straight forward prompts to enter the number to block. It has worked well.  Perhaps your phone carrier may have a similar service.

I am with Brian. I could care less if they are volunteers. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time they call, just tell them you have a pick up ready whenever they want but leave them nothing -  They waste your time, you waste their time.

for several years, yet I am daily getting dozens of
unwanted calls from above number as well as from
phone numbers, nationally as well as off shore.
Can't you stop them.

Lupus CO pickup.  They call everyday 2X@ day.  I blocked this number, but now they are back....

Everyone say they will sue but it does no good. Apogee Retail is a company that calls on behalf of charity's like lupus, big bothers big sisters, healing minds, epilepsy, united war veterans council,  and v v a. Apogee Retail gives these charities a bad name because they will not let the agents take the names off the list when requested themselves only a supervisor can and when you get the sup you have to yell, threaten to report to the attorney general to get off the list permanently or if not then you will be only taken off the list for 6 months.

I threatened them with an email to go to the press about their harassing phone calls.  I immediately received an email back saying they would remove me from their list.

We've given to these guys in the past. But we have asked them twice to take us off their list and yet they still keep calling. I'm not sure what else short of calling the police to get them to quit calling.

lupis looking for donations

Just like most of the other responses, I get called several times a week by 1-303-231-9337 (Lupis Foundation).  These calls are usually at dinner time.  I have asked them to stop several times to no avail.  Because of their agressive telemarketting harrassment, I will never give to them.  I will try to block their number.

Unfortunately telling the agents that I've made multiple requests is ineffective with this organization. The next time they call though I will be sure to mention the AG though.

Do your managers throw out the stop calling requests that you submit? It sure seems like it. I've made FOUR requests for your organization to stop calling only to receive calls again a month or so later, and I am flat out tired of it.

The DNC Registry sorely needs to add an option to prohibit charities from cold calling because of all the abuses they do such as this.

Irregardless of them being a "Charity" that still shouldn't give license to endlessly call people who have requested that the calls stop. I've asked them four times in the last year to stop calling, and they just called again last night. I might look at filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General now.
