I just got the call too and didnt answer it I was late on my BON TON card by a week but I paid the current and the late fee today

I have a victoria secret credit card and I learned that when you have a late payment these calls come from comenity bank and world financial bank. I would be harassed by both companies from two different numbers all day. Luckily I figured out how to block their calls on my iphone. It doesn't make any sense to conduct business that way, if you want people to know that you missed a payment leave them a damn voicemail explaining the call not harassing them.

They call from different numbers ive blocked so many

Several calls throughout early A.M. to late evening received ... some, as frequent as six minutes apart.

Most from area code 614 (Minneapolis, MN) though no listing for two companies listed as Caller ID there.

Most calls from Commenity / World Financial National Bank made using 614-729-6040.
On Saturday, 3/22, got 1st call from same Caller ID but using Colorado area number.
(Even amount of calls from each company; the last from Commenity caller ID used 303-255-5045.)

Having done some research, maybe these notes will help you:
             Commenity Bank is used by shopping channel HSN, but located back east.
             A check of www.whitepages.com lists 303-255-5045 number as a land line belonging to
             Time Warner Cable Company, 160 Inverness West Drive, Suite 300, Englewood, CO 80112.
             Their main line is: (303) 649-8000.

Several calls -- the first from same company using this Denver area number though. (Commenity Bank used by shopping channel HSN but are NOT located in Denver.) A check of white pages shows this number is a land line belonging to none other than Time Warner Cable Company, whose address is 160 Inverness West Drive, Suite 300, Englewood, CO 80112. Main line is: (303) 649-8000. Hope this helps!

do any of you play games online like OGAME, Dragons of Atlantis or other games like that. With game like them you can FILL OUT SURVEYS to get free Crystals , dark mater for the game so you dont have to pay real money for it. If you filled out anything online lately it could be them. This # called me and i thought it was that so i didnt answer it.  

I have been getting calls from several numbers which have similar comments about "World Financial Bank" on their reports page.  I do not answer the calls and the caller does not leave a message.  I do not have credit cards.  Period.

1/1/14 - Recorded call from Comity. I go another call from this company today but from another number.

Its comedity bank for my Victoria secret and torrid accounts.

I have a Pier 1 cc and it's the bank they go through.  Comenity Bank

I've been getting calls from them too and I don't have any of those credit cards either they just seem to call people randomly its crazy

I continue to receive phone calls from this number and no one ever says anything

They are collections trying to rip you off.. they called me trying to ask for a Torrid credit card payment?? Wth so I have blocked them.

they keep calling me like 5x a day.......

This is too much stop calling me on my landline phone, cellphone,even my husband cellphone. Wish that you would stop calling me very much annoying seriously not even funny anymore.

This company Comenity 303-255-5045 have been calling me three  four times a day.  I'm positive I don't own anyone.  Do I need to get a lawyer?  This is very un American.  Some of these companies have gotten out of hand.  Please have then to take me off their mailing list.

These people call at least 8 times a day.  No messages left.  These calls are intrusive. They start early in the AM and continue until 9-10 pm.

I also get several calls a day, usually waking me up.  It says Comenity. No message is left. I do not have any of those credit cards. Note:  I am on the no call list, and now it seems I have more calls than before!

When they call I just pickup and lay the phone down. Keep them on the line as long as possible. This cost them time even 30 sec adds up when they call you a million times.

I had a Victoria Secret cc a YEAR ago....and paid off!  Why are they calling and leaving no message??

I paid this off and because it was paid the day after due date they charged me a 35.00 late fee for 3 months never sent a statement just keep calling saying I am 3 payments behind it is all late fees for nothing except their neglect.how can it be legal for company to keep cheating hard working people out of there money?please give me a break!

I've been getting calls from them all week, my payment isn't due for two weeks and I can't pay till I get my check on Wednesday..... annoying.

i am getting perturbed. i pay for every minute on my cell phone. i found out it is for Christopher Banks same thing don't buy from them anymore.

I don't have any cards with any of the companies that brock listed. They call multiple times a day sometimes back to back and when I pick up there's no one there. At the end of my rope with this.

If you have a current smart phone, most have a "reject call" function. Once you add the number to this list you will still see the calls in your recent calls list , but they will never ring through and bother you. Unfortunately for the ones that call from multiple numbers you have to do this for every number but it has made my life a lot easier.
