This is a debt collector call from either your Express or Abercombie & Fitch credit card.  I have both card but they are both paid off and don't understand why they are calling.

It is 3 pm and I have received FIVE CALLS from this same number BUT NEVER does it leave a message.  Isn't there a limit that they can call in one day and then it can be considered harrassment??!!

Jay Coane is president of Alliance Data (ADS on caller ID). Alliance Data is owned by Comenity Bank (the credit company that owns our store cards - new, old, inactive - whatever - if you've had a card through WFNB then Comenity now owns your info and they either want to sell you something or they're calling to scare you into paying more on whatever balance you have.) Comenity also owns Epsilon, a direct marketing company priding themselves on telemarketing. Here's the thing everyone needs to be aware of - they will call you if you have a balance - PERIOD! Late or not, they're going to call. When Comenity bought out WFNB some of our cards became invalid but our balances still exist. If that's the case, they want their money and they want it paid in full. I pay my monthly minimum so it doesn't hurt my credit in any way but they don't care, they see an outstanding balance on a card that no longer exists and THEY WANT THE MONEY. Too bad, so sad! Don't trust these people. If you start searching for comenity, epsilon, or alliance data then you'll see how sketchy they are.

Jay Coane works out of Alliance Data's Wilmington, DE office but he lives in Philadelphia. He was CFO but is now President. Alliance Data has a call centers in OH and CO. If you're receiving calls from a 614 or 913 number than it's Alliance Data. If you receive a call from a 303 number it's Epsilon, they're calling you from TX. But in the grand scheme of things its Comenity Bank calling to scare you or to sell something to you.

Been receiving the same calls from all those different numbers everyone has listed throughout this page.  They were calling all hours of the morn, noon, and night and the best part is that I DONT even have any credit cards under World Financial Bank...I have 1 credit card and it is NOT from any store!  SO HERE IS WHAT I DID...try it:  On my cell, I downloaded an app called "Calls Blacklist" and whenever they call with one of their numbers, I don't answer it, then immediately put the number in that app.  Now when they call, it goes right to the "Calls Blacklist" app without bothering me.  Eventually, these ppl are going to run out of numbers bc I already put 9 of their numbers in that app.  Not a bother anymore!!  Give it a shot!

I don't know why they keep calling me I don't even have time to answer the call before they hang up!

I have currently logged 19 different numbers these people are calling from.  I just save in my caller id so I know not to answer!

Received a call from 303-255-5092, blocked the others. If you have ATT, you can block up to 30 numbers, but as someone above stated, they will continue to use diff #'s until they get payment. I asked for them to change my due date and they will not, so until then, they will have to wait for past due payments.

Next time they call I will be ready with my Fender Stratocaster guitar amplified to a very high level with maximum distortion. Gonna do this every time. I am a single male and don't have any credit card debt.

They keep calling and when I call them back they assure me they will remove my number from their system. Hasn't happened yet. BTW they are calling from India.

They have to prove the bills are legitimate, in writing.  Also, your caps lock is stuck.

JUST PAY YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLS AND YOU WONT GET THIS CALL!!!!

614 is Columbus,OH, 913 is Kansas City, KS, 303 is Boulder, Denver, CO, I've gotten several calls from these 3 area codes as well

There should be something we can do about these calls that we get from these companies?

Just received a call from 303-255-5092 this morning (on my home phone, which is thru MagicJack and UNLISTED) and the caller asked for me by name. I typically would say they had the WRONG #, but this time, I informed the female caller that "she" was not home and asked if there was a message? The caller then said, "There's no message" and quickly hung up.

Now that I see other posts stating that the calls are coming from World Financial Bank, I realize they are calling because I did not make my payment on my AVENUE credit card on last month. But I could have sworn that I changed my home # in their system and gave them my cell #. Now I have to figure out how they got my UNLISTED home# thru MagicJack.

they keep calling my cell phone and do not answer and they are also calling an old phone number I had - a land line - same thing.  I received 10 calls today

Got a call this morning from the 303 number and then another from a 614 number

these people are totally out of control, they are using 10 differnet phone #'s from WORLD BANK (SPOOFING) They are a TERROST CELL operating out of India

AGAIN all those calls are from World Financial Network Bank     Call them back and just let your phone sit there if you can.  If enough of us call then their phone system would be tied up for awhile

I have amassed about 50 phone numbers for ADS AKA WFNB  as they call on average 7 times a day for a $20.00 payment that we missed last month. I have gotten so fed up with their crap  NOW when they call I answer, don't talk hangup and dial the number right back and let their answering machine run itself to death as we don't really need the landline. Thanks for your time
