We told them they they have the wrong number & still 20 mins later called again asking for the same person so u can't say they won't call u if u tell them they have the wrong number

I just talked to a lawer & he said we can sue them if we don't have nothing with them which we don't I don't even own a credit card & don't want one u can get up to 500 bucks for each call we just talked to them they asked for a person we do not even know we told them take us off your list we don't know that lady they said we will take u off the list 20 mins later they call back again my husband told then didn't I just tell u we don't know that person now for suing them as long as u can prove u don't have nothing with them then yes u can sue which we can prove we dont have nothing with them. but if u got a credit card with them or other business with them & is not paying then there is nothing u can do so before people start saying stuff make sure people really have something threw them

That's not true cause we don't have anything from them me & my husband don't even own a credit & we don't want one either & today we called them back & they asked for someone that we don't even know never even heard of that person we have told them more then once not to call us anymore & they still do so u can't say make your payments & they will quit calling can't make a payment u don't have

Annoying calls frequently !

hey dumbasses i dont even have a credit card and these people keep calling me im only 16!

I am on the Do Not Call list.  Please do not call me again, especially since this is illegal.

It's Victoria's Secret- I'm filing a harassment claim as they won't fu**ing stop!!! Their workers have TERRIBLE attitudes, are very rude, and refuse to identify themselves until you tell them who you are (cuz they obviously don't know who they are calling). One would think a company wouldn't harass you incessantly for $40 until you are at least one month behind, not a week....Clearly Victoria's Secret must be hurting for money since their cheaply made clothes are overpriced and fall apart too easily.

I keep getting calls from this number, I never answer, they do not leave voicemails. I am sending them to voicemail directly now.

i get calls everyday, never had a credit card in my life. i pay cash for everything. and still i get these calls.

It's a debt collector for Victoria's Secret Angel Card (I just took the call). I had missed two payments (forgotten holiday purchases...oops). It could also be for other store accounts you hold.

*It's in your best interest to take the call, as you are likely accruing late fees and negatively impacting your credit score by missing payments on an account you also may have overlooked.

These calls started a week ago.  When I talk to option 5 they say they do not have my number on their system.

If you have asked the company to stop calling in writing, then you may be able to sue them under the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).  This is the same statute that is used to sue junk fax companies.  The statutory damage award is $500 for each call and $1,500 per call if they have violated the statute wilfully.

It's pretty hard not to answer the phone when that autodialer is calling a dozen times a day, at home, at work, and illegally on my cell phone. It interrupts my ability to have a phone conversation because always hear the beeping from the autodialed call, and that crap goes from sun-up to sun-down. This is why they use auto-dialers, to harrass you until you answer the phone.

"Just pay your bills or put yourself on a DO NOT CALL list and if you already did, DO IT AGAIN."

As for that statement, as you may have noticed, many people pay their bills on time and still get calls; I'm one of them. And being on a do not call list doesn't stop bill collectors, it only stops unsolicited sales calls (which is what you seem to be doing... Understand the different between a sales call and a bill collection call)

these people are harassing me as well but i never answer unlisted numbers because i read lots of internet sites that say that one way to install spy technology to your phone or hacked is by answering it.   that means they can possibly know where you are etc.   obviously its a scam if this many people said they #1.  They dont have an account there  #2,  How does the business change but another number?  A different business  cant have the same number.   #3.  they would of left atleast one message and they call me all the time and its interfering with work.    SCAMMERS NEED A REAL JOB NOT ONE THAT YOU KNOW EVERYONE WANTS TO MAKE YOU GO TO ANOTHER PLANET.   WEIRDOS!!   DRUG ADDICTS

THIS SAME # 303-255-5104 CALLS DAY & NITE AT ALL HOURS NON STOP AND NO ONE HERE HAS CR CARDS FOR ANY VICTORIA  SECRETE THEY SAY YES YOU DO BUT NO WE DON'T  IF I COULD REACH THROUGH THE PHONE I WOULD GRAB THEM BY THE NECK & MAKE THEM TURN PRETTY COLORS  IT IS HARASSMENT AND MY ATTORNEY  IS ON THIS ONE  MAYBE SOON I WILL OWN THEIR A***S AND ALL YOUR CALLS WILL STOP TOO , I'M TRYING FOLKS WISH US LUCK WE R FIGHTING FOR ALL OF US ON THIS ONE

04/14/10 - I received three calls for the first time today.  One from 303-255-5104 and then two from 913-563-5509.  I do not have a Victoria Secret card, nor have I ever had one (nor do I have any past due accounts).  I used to receive the VS magazine since I once ordered a VS gift card for a friends birthday and so they started sending me the magazine.  I since called and canceled the magazine recently.  The first two calls went to voice mail but they did not leave a message.  The third call, I picked up and they asked for someone named Rosa Chasin?  I do not know of anyone by that name and I told them that.  I told them I had received at least one other call from them today and I requested to be put on the do not call list.  I really hope that works and that they don't keep calling like they have done to others on this page.  Good luck all!

04/15/10 - Well, they haven't stopped yet, two more calls.  And, this last guy hung up on me as I was telling him that I requested to be put on the do not call list.  How long does it take for them to update these lists?  This is really annoying.  Especially since I don't know this person and I don't have any past due accounts.

It was helpful to read that someone else said they were also getting calls for the same reason (same company) under these numbers below.
