they call me every day twice a day.  it has to stop

I have a Comenity account.  Yes, I am late.  However, they call repeatedly all day long.  When I answer, I get a recording.  With a prepay cell phone account, I do not want to use up minutes by holding on the phone.  Either answer or stop calling.  Got it?  

I too have been getting missed calls with no voice message from all three numbers (303)255-5139, (614)412-7550, & (913)563-5504. I called each back and they are all for a huge long list of different stores (vicotrias secret, express, etc) I finally got through to someone and informed them I have no private store credit cards and they obviously have the wrong number, they would not verify anything without me telling them my name and address. Also will not remove my phone number until the owner of the account (who they will not tell me who they are even looking for) talks to them. I get several calls a day, and I live alone so no one here has a credit card with any of these stores. The level of harassment is ridiculous, and I am about to have my landline disconnected.

This number has been calling my cell everyday for weeks. I am so sick of it. I have no credit card debt for anyone to call me about. If their call was so important they would leave a vm. STOP!!

Same here.  Been getting missed calls with no voice message from all three numbers (303)255-5139, (614)412-7550, & (913)563-5504.  I have not returned any calls and don't intend to.  I have not missed any payments or received anything in the mail that I should be concerned about.

This is Comenity Bank.  Retail Credit Card company that issues cards for stores like Lane Bryant, Victoria's Secret and more.....

303-255-5139 along with 614-212-7550 has been calling my 13 year old son's # all times of the day and night, including Sundays, for 6 weeks now. I called, advised them of the situation and was told they have his # attached to an account. I told them this # belongs to a 13 year old and to un-attach it from the account. Agent said she would. Let's see how long it takes. My next step will be the BBB!

Calls from 303-255-5139 and 614-212-7550 are collection calls. They have been told TWICE to stop calling under federal law. Violation of federal law is a federal offense.  When you tell them to stop calling, they are supposed to stop calling. period. 303-255- is the main number. The last 4 numbers are different each time --  and 614-212- is the main number. The last 4 numbers are different each time. Going to report them to the State  Attorney General consumer dept. They NEVER leave a message and call all day and all evening long. A few months ago, they called me 30 times in one week! I have it documented on caller ID. That is harassment!

It is Commenity Card Services financial recovery department.

And maybe they're calling the wrong person. I'm so sick of you jerks posting your two cents trying to sound like your better than everyone else. You jerks make 10 bucks an hour, big whoopie doo! I pay my bills, why can't you idiots figure out that you're calling the wrong person? I've told you over 30 times now, are you that dumb? I wonder if maybe, just maybe, people have paid the bills and you idiots just haven't figured it out yet?

Such a lucrative  job and such status you have being a "bill collector." You prey on people who are down and out or even better, people like me, I'm trying to see why I'm getting hundreds of calls when I do to we any bad debt! Yes, you leaches hound the wrong people! Get a life you jerk! Most people who don't pay their bills can't pay their bills. It's not a choice, they just don't have the funds so don't try and act all pompous and make fun of them. Got numerous call from this number today. No one is on the line when I answer. I don't know who this is or what the call is about. Wish they would stop calling.

They're calling me hourly and just hang up about 10 seconds after I answer.  If it really is a collection agency, prank calls seem like a bad way to tell me what they want to tell me.

grrrrr so tired of this..calling my cell phone, so I KNOW they don't want ME...only my family members have my cell number.  AND it is on the No Call List!

I have been recently getting calls from this number.  So far I have accumulated about 10 different numbers from World Financial that keep getting added to my blocked list.

I have received several calls a day from 303-255-5139, and now I too am getting calls from 614-212-7550, 614-729-6077, 614-729-6040.  We're talking like 5-6 times a day from each number.  Very annoying.  I don't know anyone from Colorado (303) or Southern Ohio (614) so I don't pick up.  Nor do they leave a voice mail.

They have called me from 8 different numbers at least 5 different times a day in three days and always a minute apart.  It started on 12/29 and they even called me on New Years Eve, and New Years day.  These people are relentless.

Well I don't own a credit card or store card. Have good credit. Pay my bills on time. So why am I getting calls all times of the day, differant numbers but every one I look up on here says it's the same place "World Bank". How do you get it to stop?
