IRRESPONSIBLE DEBT COLLECTORS

FED UP with this collection agency. They call EVERY DAY for someone who is a TOTAL STRANGER to me and does NOT live here and has NEVER lived her. They apologize and/or hang up and then just call the same damn number the next day from various caller IDs. WTF???

Got a call from a woman saying her named was Ms. Smith. She left a very rude message saying I need to return her call with my attorney name, and if I didn't have one to call her to see what the next step is ant something. She was talking so fast with an attitude that I couldn't quite make out what she was saying,

This is a collection agency. They have been rude, cruel, and call endlessly. They've called multiple family members also. They told me that their name was "Agent Schultz" and that I needed to call back attorney about information that was submitted to his office.

Yes, this is a collection agency. I got a call from them and it was a rude man saying he was Agent Smith and he need to talk to us or our attorney about information that was submitted to his office. Gave my family a big scare when it was not necessary. Agent Smith can suck it!

This is a collection agency. They have been rude, cruel, and call endlessly. They've called multiple family members also. They told me that their name was "Agent Schultz" and that I needed to call back attorney about information that was submitted to his office.

Contact Federal trade commission. That is an illegal debt collection tatic. The collector will be liable for up 1000 dollars for leaving a message indicating she is an agent. Go after their dumb butts they think people dont know the law. Also ask for their collectors license number.

this is a company based in Colorado called ADS they use scare tactics and intimidation to collect debts, File as much litigation as you can these guys need shut down!

Just got a msg today from "Agent Glen" letting me know that if I did not have an attorney I needed to call her office immediately otherwise she will have to make a decision that could effect me.

I am filing a complaint as well as calling the "agent" and getting more info from her to see if she violates any more laws.  What frustrates me the most is that I overpaid TWO WNNFB accounts and requested that they apply the credits to the third account so everything was zeroed out. My credit balance on the 2 accts were zeroed but not applied and they have yet to send me any statements to explain why the accts were zeroed and the third account was sent to collections.

These people called me twice in the same 5 min calling about someone.. of course i knew that someone.. but why would i tell the "agent" that? i told her i didnt know that person the first time.. and she hung up. called a min later.. and asked the same thing several times.. i told her i dont know who shes talking about ... and she asks about a contact number for that person.. i kept repeating i dont know that person i just got this number.. and finally after minutes of telling her i dont know that person.. she hangs up. she was very rude..
