It IS a call to confirm a Doctor's appointment.  I answered the call and it confirmed an appointment that was scheduled two days later...  no phishing involved.  The only choices were  1.) to confirm the appointment  2.) to reschedule the appointment, or  3.) to cancel the appointment.  After I cancelled the appointment (scheduling conflict) it thanked me and hung up--no problems.

How do you find out what the message is saying if you can not her it. I want to call the doctor who uses this service to inform them to NEVER use these guys again. Who wants to use someone who is providing sensitive personnel care that uses some sort of out of town automate delivery service for important issues.

Ok,  this is just too weird!  Why would my Dr. in 360 area code use a messaging service in Colorado (Area code 303) to remind me of my appointment next week??  They did leave me a message with a reminder of date,  time and place.  It makes no sense as I'm sure they could use a service here and at least hire locally to help reduce the unemployment rate in our state!  Must be a corporate decision..............

They called me. I didn't answer because I didn't know the number and they didn't leave a voicemail.
I called back after a while and the line was busy.

Well if I am in my city,,,I do not have an appointment in Colorado...that makes no sense.................

They have called here three times today,the last time being just now,,,I do not turn my answering machine on and I just let it ring...and if you click on star 67 so your number will not show and you call that number you will not get an answer,,there are so many scams,,I just let them ring if I do not recognize the number ,I even get them on my cell,,if it is a number not on my contact list,,,then I know my contact list is the only ones that have my numer,,,so I would not be concerned,,,but if you let it ring and do not answer or let a ans machine answer then they will quit,,but if you ever answer they know they have a working number ...

In the same person who just wrote a comment. They did in fact leave a message reminding me I have an appt next Thursday. Don't worry about this number! It new my exact time and everything. It gave me info about my appt.

I do have a doctors appointment. Not my regular doctor though.. They called, I didn't answer. They did not leave a message so it's a number you do not call back. Any number that looks off to you DO NOT ANSWER it! Remember about 1 1/2 months ago their we're those strange numbers that call you an if you answer they get all your info? Don't answer any calls!!!

I received the call this evening. I DON'T ANSWER IF I DON'T RECONIZE THE AREA CODE! They reminded me of an appointment Monday Mar. 3rd.

I don't answer phone calls that I don't recognize especially ones far out of state I want this stopped

i got a call from this number on February 10, 2014 at 7:45pm. They left a voice mail regarding a doctor appointment.

This # called me. When I answered, it started ringing and a lady picked up. She asked for me by name. When I said, "this is."  She hung up on me.

I get calls everyday from this # and they never leave a message.  Like everyone here, I have called this number back and it's constantly busy.  
If this were a Drs. office calling they would leave a message, if it was for an appointment reminder a message would also be left.

Area code from Colorado, reminding me of an upcoming appt that I have in California.  Affiliated with St. Joseph Hospital Systems.

Called me today at 11:00am. I did not pick up as number was strange and they left no message. Some here claim this is reminder service for doctors. I have no pending appointments with any doctor or dentist. If it is an automated reminder service then why no voicemail left???? My dentist uses an automated reminder service different from this and it always leaves a voicemail.
