If they won't add you to their internal do not call list, block the number.  Your phone may have a number block feature, or you may need to assign a "no ring" tone, so the calls at least don't bother you.  Other than that, look into getting a call blocker.  Google "call blockers" - you can get a good one for $60 or less.

Please, for the love of all things holy, make the calls from thriftopolis stop!!!!

Several different numbers come up for this place.  275-0105   275-0119 within 5 minutes of each other today.  I don't answer, but it is so very annoying.  Thanks for letting me report.

I just received a call from this number.  With the recent compromises to Yahoo and AOL email accounts, it is almost guaranteed that these people have illegally obtained your personal information and are trying to SCAM as many people as possible.

I accidentally answered the first ?scammer? call - and they called me by name!   How in the world would they have gotten my name and phone number unless it was a result of the email account breaches?  Since that first call, I have received numerous calls from various numbers that I do not recognize every single day throughout each and every day!  It is so annoying!!!

I even had one call come across where the number was listed with a "+" symbol showing before the number. Those calls are usually coming from other countries outside the United States or they may have been created as an untraceable number for scamming operations.

IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM A NUMBER THAT YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE, DO NOT ANSWER!   Block it if possible, or at least save it and identify as "SCAM" so you know not to answer, expecially if they continue calling.

This number called my office from (303) 275-0104 and there's no way to talk to a person, but the robo-caller starts with:
"This is Bob with the Disabled Vets. We are calling because we will have a truck in your area to pick up donations. Press 1 for a pick up. Press 2 if you do not have a donation at this time. Press 3 for a...something or other. Press 4 for a large pick up such as furniture. Press 5 to hear this list again." And if you press 2, it says that they will call you next time the truck in in your area. I can't find a number to call them back, but I know several people that work with the DAV and they have a person call if they ever call at all.

Thriftopolis keeps calling me from different phone numbers repeatedly.  They called yesterday from 303-275-0140.  

Calls from 303-275-0138 on my business line. Its an automated call with no live person to speak with. Can't find any number to be removed from list. I have no donations and all my numbers are on the DNC list but they keep calling.

You will have to tell your callers to take you off their list yourself.  This website is not owned or maintained by your callers.

Please take me off your call list ASAP. Thank you

Never call again!  You woke us up everytime!  I have no donations!  We are poor!

I receive these calls at least once a month on my home phone and on my cell. Tonight this came from 303-275-0122. On 10/5 the calls were from 303-275-0106 and 0114. Over a year ago I answered and the caller said "This is Bob with the Disabled Vets. Press 1 for a pick up." There was not a name on the caller at that time. I reported these calls and it seemed they would not stop.  I called the Disabled Veterans and they said they NEVER solicit calls for donations.  I do not answer.  

That's so awful...and so typical of these kinds of parasites.

It's an 'at home' identifier service. Telemarketers, charities and the like want to know when you're home. You might notice that in the event they don't reach you, they will keep trying at different times of the day until they do reach you. They then will call you several more times (and hang up of course) to cement the time they can count on you being there, then sell that information to all kinds of everybody.

The first call came with the number 303-275-0111.  Two minutes later, another call came from number 303-275-0136.  Caller ID showed Thriftopolis for both.  Name meant nothing to me; didn't answer.

Thanks for the opportunity to register a complaint on your site.  So tired of Robo calls and making an effort to remember my "real" contacts so I don't offend someone I care about.

Caller ID name came up as "THRIFTOPOLIS" but I don't know who it was, they failed my phone system's "are you a human" test.. so probably a robocaller of some sort.
