1 303-292-1275 phone number is diturbing me alot in the morning. I wan to know who is this?

Received Fax call from this number in the morning 04/17/08

I receive calls regularly from this number to my cell phone attempting to fax

I have contacted WestFax and had my numbers removed. I called the BBB and they told me to call the Do Not Call List. However, I don't have a "valid Colorado Area Code" and thus cannot do so. I've had it with this company! I don't even live in Colorado I'm in Washington for crying out loud! Will somebody please sue these guys!

Fax-call received 09/23/2009 from Westfax 1-303-382-4110 at 1:38pm CT.

The following is the e-mail I sent them today, we will see if I get more faxes.

I am providing this as a courtesy request to stop all unsolicited faxes at all hours of the day and night to ***-***-****. If the unsolicited faxes continue the following 2 courses of action will be taken.

1: A bill will be generated for the time taken away for other tasks. Evening billing rate is $195 per hr or any portion there of. Bills are sent net 15, unpaid bills are sent to collections and accounts that have not been satisfied in 45 days are then sent to have property placed under lien.

2: As this is a computer generated fax I thought it would be fitting to send a black fax, or a thousand every hour through my computer generated fax application, to 303 299 9309



I trust that this will correct the incorrectly entered within your system.

I am very interested in helping a lawsuit and perhaps funding it.

Well the solution I have found for getting fax spam from companies is to get a virtual fax number or computer aided dialer. Send the company 1000 black faxes, it seems that they are not a big fan of that and call you instead of you chasing them.
I simply explain that the system is automated and I can take their number off upon verification that my number will never apear on one of their fax lists again. They seem to not like the answer but my number sure gets removed.

Sorry guys, WestFax is permitted to fax anyone they want.

They lobbied/bribed a US Senator (BOB SCHAFER) to change the laws for them. SCHAFER happens to be from Colorado too and is friends with Clark.

Before the law was overturned, they needed written permission from the person they were faxing before they could sent the fax.

Don't waste your time complaining to the BBB. Better to file a complaint with the FCC...it takes just a minute.

The home number information is NOT correct.

I just called 1-800-473-6208 a nice winam answerd said they are a broadcast fax company and apoligised she said she would remove my numbers from the fax list. I asked what it was they were trying to fax me? she said it could have been anything they just do the faxing.
I think i'm good she sounded very sincere.

Fax machine calls close to noon every Friday.  I finally looked it up and found this page.

I spoke to "Lisa" at 1-800-473-6208 and requested my cell phone number to be removed.

This number is owned by Barry Clark who operates a business by the name of Westfax (www.westfax.com). They are an advertising agency which collects public information from the yellowpages and sends thousands of pre-recorded messages and faxes. They have contacted thousands of people nationwide. It is illegal as they have violated the Do Not Call list, as well. If you have been contacted by this company, please forward your complaint to the Denver Better Business Bureau and the Colorado State Attorney General Office. You should also file your complaint with the Federal Communications Commission and Federal Trade Commission. I am rounding up a number of people to participate in a possible class action lawsuit against Barry Clark and his employees.

I keep getting calls from this same fax # every Tuesday between 3 and 4 pm. I called Westfax and spoke to a Brittany today, who says she will remove my cell # from her list.

The 1-800-473-6208 number you noted above worked perfectly. The woman I spoke to said that the 303-292-1275 number is their number and that they are a broadcast fax company. She said that my number must have been in someone's database and they said they will take it off the list.

Well, I called 1-800-473-6208 to get my number taken off of the list.  Actually, spoke to a human who confirmed she worked for the fax removal.  Time will tell whether the calls will stop, but thanks to the many who posted their solutions.

I have been getting the same calls from multiple numbers.  I just tried 877 206 0605 to be removed. the fax has been calling my cell, I want those minutes back!!

I started getting these fax calls about a month or two ago. I was kind of surprised when this page was one of the top results! This kind of junk fax and texting needs to stop!

Been receiving faxes for over a year every Friday on a non-fax line.  Called the 1-800-473-6208 number and spoke to a Representative and asked to be removed from list, hope it works. (We will know next Friday :>)

I just talked to a lady at this number who said that this fax number is not thiers.  She said she gets lots of calls each day on this fax, so calling the 1270 number won't help.

I too having been receiving calls (fax) from 303-292-1275 for some time now.  Recently I began having my voice mail forwarded as email.  Very annoying.  What I did (minutes ago), I called 303-292-1270 and spoke to an individual who seems to be helpful (we'll see). If it coniues maybe I'l  fax him at that number every day -- hmmmm!  I also reported the fax/phone call on the do not call website.

If they continue to call you can sue them for $500 per call in small claims court.
