I have had the same problem on and off for the past few months.  I don't answer the call when it comes.  It will go to voicemail, and the message will consist of 30 seconds of computer/fax machine blips and beeps.  Sometimes, it will happen multiple times in one day.  Don't the senders realize their messages are not being received?

This company calls me daily, several times a day!  I don't answer the call as it is to my personal cell and I don't recognize the number. Goes to my voice mail and then I receive the fax tone for 30 seconds on my voice mail.

Would you not think these idiots would get it!  What garbage!!

I called Westfax at 800-473-6209 and asked to be removed from their calling list since their faxcimile calls a residential, private number......be sure to mention that. Then filled out an FCC 1088 complaint form ( took less than 5 minutes). Make sure you have the numbers, dates and times the numbers called.  Guess we'll see what happens now.

I'm constantly getting calls from WestFax. They're trying to fax to my regular phone line. When I see WestFax come up on caller ID, I just let it go to Voice Mail and let them waste their time there. Something ought to be done to stop these people. They're affecting so many lives all over the country. Today's a holiday, but tomorrow I'm calling the FCC and filing a complaint. I tried using FCC form 1088 but it doesn't really fit for me. I'm going to try to get a live agent at the FCC that I can speak to. Wish me luck!

By the way, 303-295-0122 isn't the only number they use. They got a lot of different ones.

I spoke to Emily at Westfax who said she would remove my number. I then asked to speak to the CEO. She handed to phone over to a guy named "Dave" who said he was NOT the CEO but told me to shut my "da*n mouth" because I needed to know the CEO's number in order to call him in the middle of the night, just as there phones call ME in the middle of the night too.

I called him a M*****F***** and a C**T, and then hung up on him.

I received a call on cell phone and am furious with this "company." Whatever can be done to stop them...count me in.

They tried to send a fax (we don't have a fax machine) to us in Ireland at 4.23 A.M ! Woke us up in the middle of the night. Extremely annoying. Dashed downstairs as I thought it might be a family emergency.

I understand how you feel. I have had enough of this day and night. There has to be something that can be done. I do have a son that is ill and awaiting a heart transplant so we are all on alert with our phones. Those calls at 2-3 am are just too stressful. No one can imagine unless they have been there. I surpose the atty gen of co is out of the question. Not sure how to go about a suit but why not. Cathy

We have been getting these calls for about 6 months now.  Being a busy Chiropractic office - we get plenty of wrong numbers etc, so I brushed it off for a while.  Today I googled the phone number and came here - thankfully!

I called the same number written above to remove both fax and phone lines. We shall see.

Been getting unsolicited calls from this company to my home number for about a year. I figured at some point they would give up, as I just answer and hang up immediately. However, got fed up today. Googled and saw this list and called to have my number removed. They claim that it will be done. However, I will also fill out the FCC 1088 form, as it should not take this much work to stop harassment.

Just called WestFax at 800-473-6208 and explained that their service was calling my answering machine on my desk.  They took my number down and said that they have removed it from their database.  I spoke with a lady named Emily.

I just spoke to a person who says he's the President (and a personal friend of the Colorado State Attorney General). He says I can "kick, scream, yell" (he must get this often). I told him that I'm a busy professor and don't have time to waste; he's a rude man, clearly is running a business based on dishonest business practices. Someone needs to sue this company; I'll fill out the FCC form 1088, including the fact that the Colorado agencies seem content to allow this to happen, if it is the case that he is "personal friends with the Colorado Attorney General," as he claims. He says one of their clients must be trying to reach me, that they are "just a platform." Right....a platform for harrassment? He also said "do you believe everything you read on the internet," as I was looking at this blog/chat page when I was speaking to him.

I called them and asked to be removed; Emily said she was doing so. To get an address to write and refer to them in a letter I aim to write the Col Attorney General's office, she was not allowed to give the address; I was passed on to "the President" of the company. Someone, a male, came on the line and hung up on me. We will see if my number is now going to be doubly harrassed given my phone call; Emily says they send out large numbers of phone calls---for dental offices, etc. I think this is a shady operation; when I hit redial, it says "please enter your card number now." Uh-huh. This needs to be reported; they have called regularly for over a year.

Call 800-473-6208 tell them they keep calling you and leaving fax beeps on your machine they will remove instantly.  Never heard from them again

It is a faxing company, that faxes for companies that you may have done business with.  We received a fax from one of our suppliers, but this was the number, showing on the call display.  When I called the supplier, located in Edmonton, Alberta, they confirmed that they were using this company.  The heading on the fax lists the local number.

I have call blocking so i will not be bothered again. ha ha b*****ds!!! no more beep beep beep in Vermont.

Just beeping sound when I answered the phone.  When I called the number back, it sounded like a fax modem.

We assume that it's a "junk mailer" co. that is paid to set its  faxes to run automatically all day and all night -- because, after all, WE have no one to call and complain about it.  Except, of course the Colorado Attorney General.  Everyone should send complaint to CO Atty.Gen.

You can do something about it.  Each time you get a telemarketing, abandoned or unwanted faxes complete a FCC Form 1088.  In only takes a few minutes and if the FCC gets enough of them they will put a stop to the garbage coming from these people.

You can also try calling them using their Customer Service number but I think the FCC is the only way to go, these people know that what they are doing is illegal but they do it anyway.
