They called me today claiming the same thing! Total scam

This is a political call from Colorado regarding a local election in Reno, NV.  Right at dinner time and I will NOT answer!

Called, left msg to vote for Steve Westbrook?

Getting calls from this number stating they are an attorney and  want to process charges of check fraud. . Checked out out and is associated with other numbers. This is a scam!! I'm enjoying messing with them but other people may be tricked into their ploy. . Remember,  never give personal information on the phone especially when they are calling you. .

Just received a call (apparently) from this number informing me about changes to polling places for Election Day. I live in NJ, and it WAS for my location, but why it shows as this number is beyond me.

Just received call nobody there - 5th one on caller ID today.  Securitas Security- most likely a robo dialer for a PAC...can't wait until November 7th!!!

Got a call tonight from this number. They did not leave a message.

THREE calls from this number in one hour!  Take a hint folks, I'm not going to answer!

Caller ID says "Securitas Secur".  No message left when machine picks up.

It isn't a debt collector because I don't owe anything, but I resent anyone calling me who I don't know or never did business with....invading my privacy

They called from Denver CO regarding a local election in St. John's county FL. As stated earlier in this string, they are a for profit company and should NOT be allowed to make these calls. Obviously, someone abusing the corporations resources,

I sent the company an email telling them of this violation. I suggest anyone who receives these calls do the same.

Just one of many robo-type calls, I suspect. This from Securitas Security - left no message when the machine came on. Better than a debt collection agency that does reverse searches of addresses and calls with urgent/harrassing messages. Unfortunately, this is an apartment complex and I have the only landline remaining, so the only listing.

So the hell what?  You act as though money to Republicans is evil when it sanctified if it flows to Democrats.  Believe me, the robo calls from the Obama campaign in 2008 were driving me nuts - but no more or no less than unwanted solicitations from any source.

I'm guessing it is election time and it the season for it.

Received a call from 303-309-1035 at about 7:30 pm.  Said that it was "Americans for Prosperity."  Railed against Gov. Malloy (CT) taking all our money for taxes.  Interesting point....the caller id said it was Securitas Security, which under a state contract provides security services to state funded offices and facilities.

Robo Call that is NOT legal. A 'security firm' is NOT a non-profit and should not be exempt from the Do Not Call list.

the call is unwanted and annoying.  the land line is not blocking the unwanted calls we requested. so be it, and get done with it securitas.

robo call to "join" ( donate)  to a republican political action committee "citizens for prosperity". since this call was placed to a connecticut homeowner the attack was on our democratic governor dannel malloy and implied that state tax policy on individuals in ct was stealing our prosperity.
if you check out the "citizens for prosperity" donations you will find donations of support by extremely large corporations and the likes of the koch brothers !

I was up to my limit too, so I deleted the oldest numbers I had blocked and added the new ones. So far so good, I haven't received any calls from the previous blocked numbers, now unblocked. I'm like you, once I use up all of my options it's time to get rid of my hard line. However, I'm now getting spam calls on my cell phone. I already have 5 numbers blocked on there, but at least it's unlimited of the amount of numbers I can block. I don't know why the home phone isn't like that?

Number comes up as Securitas Security, which is a known company that provides security services for shopping malls and commercial properties, but the message was some political BS about Connecticut. Obviously it's been spoofed or someone who works for Securitas is using it for their own purposes.

Annoying phone call- 7 at night- dinner time- robo call- if you call back it just rings busy- these people have to stop intruding on our homes.

Finally had to block this number. I only have two more blocks left. Next option is to disconnect home phone and just my cell. I am getting sick and tired of this crap

I have been getting this number often. My machine is on and they never leave a message,. It doesn't show an area code, but says Denver. I looked up the area code for Denver and it is 303. Just another outfit trying to scam. I blocked it.

Politician yapping about Christianity and the moralities of abortion.... I don't care to hear it unless I ask!

It's a political call telling us about some sort of event in our area.  Really annoying!
