A Patty Smith called me from this number to find an old friend of mine that lives in California. She led me to beleive it was something else. She did not have permission to call my number. This is a new low level for debt collectors, to call peoples friends. I dont beleive it is legal and I will forward this to both the State and Federal Government for follow up.

Caller ID says LRA. They are a debt collector or a debt collector who "spoofs" numbers in order to harrass.
