The number belongs to a collection agency.  Even if you called and asked for Amanda I would venture from my legal experience that they would then ask for your name or number and then transfer you to a collector.  There probably is not even an Amanda Tyler that works there.  You are wise to not answer!

They leave a prettty rude message demanding that you call them back but don't even tell you were there calling from. Good luck getting me to call back..

This female voice called saying to call Amanda Tyler at this number. I don't know the person, the name she is looking for or the phone number. I don't respond to unknown callers. I hate being harassed but I hate it even more when I'm a wrong number...lol

Called my cell repeatedly, leaving message for someone I don't know, even though I clearly give my name in my voicemail message. Caller ID shows 303-369-3097. Called back at that number and suggested that they fire the idiot that repeatedly leaves a message for Ray on Jim's voicemail. Didn't even get the courtesy of an apology for the repeated intrusions over the course of a year. I suspect a collection agency.
