He called...asked my name. Asked who ordered the supplies for copier..I told him I do but that he needed to speak to a different department. He didnt want to hear what I had to say. He wanted to proceed with his script...I started to give him the info for the other department and he hung up on me...too bad he has to do a job like that...probably commission only. I'm sure he gets the "ok" from management to just hang up...Who would do business with a company like this???

Beware!  This same company is calling under multiple phone numbers.  We got a call from 818-882-3337.  Inform the other members of your organization too.  This guy is not satisfied with being rude to just one person.

The worst and most rude person on the earth runs this company and pretends to be different people that are supposed co-workers when confronted. He says terrible things to people because that kind of a business right now is failing and will continue. No one wants to do business with someone that says awful things to ladies and men and I think he could use a good day a church.

I have been in contact with a sales rep the past two days.  Yesterday he was cool.  You could tell what he was saying was written down and dull, but today he kept trying to get my to buy and I told him to contact my co worker.  It wasn't good enough so he kept pushing and pushing finally I told him i can't purchase anything he needed to talk to my co worker and his attitude went south and he mumbled then hung up on me.  Yes this is Reliable Imaging not printing.  Guys name is Chris Brady.  If www.reliableimaging.net is your company you need to talk to this guy.

Hey guys!!

I own a company in southern California called Reliable Imaging Computer Products, Inc.  Please don't confuse "Reliable Imaging" (us) with "Reliable Printing" in Denver (or any other company for that matter).  We do run an ethical business and in our industry it can be very difficult to maintain a good reputation.

Sales calls aren't always well received, so I truly hope that you never receive a call from anyone at our company who is rude or offensive in any way.

Also we ARE an OEM dealer.  Please see our website for details.

Thanks!

I too just received several calls from a man named "Scott" or something like that with "Reliable Imaging".  He started in with his routine about Toners, Printing Supplies, etc.  I interrupted him and told him that we were currently under contract for all our toner, ribbons and printing supplies.  I said "thanks" and hung up.  He calls back a few minutes later.  Now he just says "what is your name and title?"  I said it's none of his business and hung up again.  Calls back for a 3rd time.  Now he uses my last name and demands my email address so that he can send me some "information".  I said No thanks.  So it just keeps going on and on like that.  I finally told him that I have been doing this for years and I have heard these "scams" before.  He didn't like that...he said this is NOT a scam, you can look us up on the web. I let our PBX operator know that if he called back, do not send him to anyone else but me, no matter what he says.  Our PBX person said that he was so rude and got upset with her when she put him on hold for a second to answer another call.

By the way.  I did look up his website.  The "Corporate Office" address was listed as 9659 Balboa Ave, Northridge, CA although the "Mailing Address" was a PO Box.  Guess what is  actually at 9659 Balboa....The Congregational Church UCC Intercoast Colleges and the World Jubilee Christian Fellowship.  Hmmmm!?!

So, bottom line.  If anyone claiming to be from this company, Just keep hanging up on them.  I believe they are recording the calls (I could hear an echo) on the line, so make sure to say something like..."Do not send me anything, we won't pay any invoices, further calls from you are not welcome and will be considered harassment".  He will try to interrupt you but don't let him.  Just say it and hang up.

This lady called wanting to speak with the person who orders our printing supplies. I said that we get our direction from our parent company in Canada. She said do you have someone at that location who orders them and I said I could take a message. She said well I really need to speak with the person who handles that. I said well he has vendors that he uses so anyone else who calls I am required to take a message. There was a long silence and she said have a nice day. Sounds like a scam to me.

These people call at least 3 or 4 times a week and are very rude.  I haven't even allowed them to get to the point where they tell me what they're trying to sell me, but this number showed up on my caller ID.  They call and ask for the owner, the secretary, who purchases the supplies, everyone, and they're very persistent and obnoxious.  When I won't pass them off to anyone, they hang up.

Received a call just now from a lady from "Reliable Printing".  Same pitch, HP cartridges purchased in general market were only 2/3 full, etc.  Wanted to send out "Free Samples".  Told her we had just bought cartridges.  She said she talked to me three months ago and we had just purchased cartridges and were going through them way too fast.  Don't know who she thinks she talked to but I'm the only person that would have been able to talk with her and the last time prior that I bought cartridges was in January 2010.  I told her to fax me her information (I did not want to give her my email info) and when I needed to reorder I would consider her product.  She said "Just let me ship these and they will be available to use when you need them - no ordering necessary".  I said no , send me your info and I will place it in my vendor file to order when I need them and when I decide.  She said "Never Mind" and hung up in my face.  Great way to try to sell your product.

Same thing happened to me. Caller identified himself as from some printing company. I told him I wasn't interested in any printing products and he said "why are you telling me that?". I said because you said you were from a printing company and we don't need any. He told me I was a liar and hung up on me! How crazy and rude!

Glad to know I'm not the only one who has received these ridiculous calls.  Received a call from a very pushy and rude male from "Reliable Imaging."  He wanted to speak with the person in charge of buying the toner supplies.  I told him there was no one with that specific responsibility and asked how I could help him.  He then gave me his pitch about how they fill their cartridges more than the OEMs do and that they could save us money.  That was all I needed to hear to know that it was a scam.  When I confirmed that we were not seeking to expand our supplier base, he became insanely rude.  Like a broken record, he kept asking for the person in charge of purchasing and wanted names.  He became enraged when I told him that we do not share employee names.  Then he wanted my supervisor's name (I wonder how many idiots fear for their jobs and give in to this when a quick Google will expose them?).  He tried every angle he could but I would not give him a toehold.  He then told me that I was useless and that all I do is answer phones and hung up on me.  The caller ID had the 303-447-0401 number but the name with the ID was "Reliable Printing" so they must have reinvented their company name but did not update their phone info.  A few days later he calls again (same number and name on the caller ID) and tries a different pitch.  I tried different responses to see what would happen.  He was all sugar and syrup, thanking me for being so kind to him. The data he sent was a note trying to assure me of their legitimacy.  The domain listed for his email contact is reliableimaging.net which hosts a web site that just doesn't seem legitimate.  My advice:  hang up and don't take their calls.  Source with original OEMs or local, reputable companies.

Aug. 10, 2010 - Received a call from the most arogant sales person I have ever communicated with.
Do not give out your printer model no.s to this individual.  I called the no. back and got a fax tone.
Sounds like a real legitimate company. NOT
Ask for their phone no. and how you can call them back ...see if they can deliver that information.
Sorry we have unscupolus and desparate people trying to take advantage of people/businesses who work hard and ethically for an income.

Guy called offering to send free sample of ink toner. Said we could try it and he said shipping would call. Lady called soon after to say that she needed to charge us $59.00. I said No, this needs to be a free trial and I did ask the guy that if it wasn't free not to bother. She said ok and hung up. The guy calls again today saying there was a misunderstanding and he didn't explain it that way. I said well unfortunately I no longer wanted it. His attitude completely changed. Said he'd never heard of people giving away free samples and that he's been doing this for 10 years and that he talks to more clients than me...blah blah blah. I said you are incorrect and hung up.

I received a call from a guy asking about printing supplies...I told him we network to copiers and get our supplies through them.  He then asked about fax machines.  I told him we used HP...next thing I know, a different guy named Mike is on the phone, telling me how great that machine was and saying that HP's toners are only 1/2 filled...and asking if I'd "try" his for 30 days to see that his last longer because his are completely filled.  He said he'd leave the invoice open for 30 days and if I like them, then I could pay the $66 for 2 cartridges.  I agreed and he said shipping would be calling back.  In the meantime, I looked up the phone # and saw all the previous problems so when he called back, I canceled the order, told him I had changed my mind.  He asked "that quickly? what happened?" I told him I changed my mind.  I told him I did not want the cartridges and not to ship them and then hung up.  We'll see what happens next. I will be refusing any deliveries though of those cartridges!

This Reliable Printing is the rudest telemarketer company I have ever spoken to.  They wanted to sell me toner. I was talking to the guy and the tone of his voice was like I owe him something and he just HANG UP on me. I was shocked and mad. How do you want to get a client if you are hanging up?

The caller ID came up with this Reliable Printing 303-447-0401.  The guy was asking who is the person that handles buying the toner, I told him there was no one with that title.  He said who is the person that has that responsibility, I asked him what I could help him with & he said 'you are dumb' and hung up!  I tried calling the number back but it doesn't ring then hangs up.  He and this company are the ones who are the dumb ones!

I just got a call from this number as well.  No one was on the phone.  If it is a sales call, I always ask if they have a website I can go to, or a catalog they can send me.  If the answer is "no", (and it ALWAYS is..."we have something MUCH better than that!" NOT!) I tell them I NEVER order unless I can visit their website, or look at their calendar and then I hang up on THEM.  HATE these calls!

Yep.  I just got the same call.  A guy asked me for information on "what type of ribbon do you use?"  Ribbon?  Anyway, it was ink/toner question.  I kindly told him I wasn't interested and he said he wasn't asking for money, just information.  Again I told him I wasn't interested.  He got crappy so I just hung up on him.
