what is this company and why are they calling every hour on the hour

I got a call from this number on my cell phone and they said they were to help me find massage therapy schools, but I don't even need to do that.  I'm not interested in massage therapy.  The guy on the phone was kind of weird and I told him to take me off their phone list.

getting a call from this number but they wont respond when I say hello actually twice now hung up on me

they are calling me almost every hour
