FORT LAUDERDALE FL.  Received call with no message. How do you stop this?

I didn't answer it because I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

I've gotten the same crap concerning the warranty on my car, allegedly. This same g*dd*mned recording on my cell on the average of 4-5 times a month for the last 6 months! Who knows HOW these scammers get the numbers,the cell carrier and location of the person called seem to be irrelevant.  

These SOBs spoof multiple source numbers, too, even different area codes (This is Number #7), but the recording is the same -- "The warranty on your vehicle is about to expire..." That's about the time I hang up. Whatever is going on is a fairly elaborate operation, I dare say, so I dunno that reporting a single # to the FCC will do much good -- they just find another number to spoof. Worse, they seem to be moving VERY quickly from spoofed # to spoofed #. AARGH!

"auto warranty" again with the same message.

I got a call around 11 o'clock central time.  It was about my warrenty for my car.  I haven't had warrenty on my car for like 2 years.  I pressed one and wanted to talk to someone to have our name off our list.  The man didn't give me his name. When I said I want my name removed he said didn't you listen to the message and I said yes.  I wasn't gonna argue so I said give me a supervisor and he said NO I said what and he said o what are you going to do tough guy and wouldn't give me a supervisor and told my wife she was a tough girl.  I hung up and when called the number back on the call id it didn't give a company name just said no one was there to just leave a message and so my wife did and said that she wanted a call back and was going to file harrasment charges.  This isn't the end for us.  We are gonna make calls to make this stop.  People don't deserve this.

Another one of those car warranty scams!! I AM SICK OF THESE SOB's.  Postcards in the mail constantly and now almost daily calls to my cell phone number, my CHILD's cell phone number.  Someone needs to shut these sleazes down.  They are constantly changing their phone number.  Apparently they are making so many calls from a number, shutting it down, and getting a new number.  SICK OF IT. I just went to the National Do Not Call Registry and put in all of our cell numbers.  They won't take a complaint until you have had your number registered for thirty days. Call to warn that my vehicle insurance is going to expire.  Would be nice to know...if I had a car or insurance.  Not the first time, usually it is from a blocked number

this is about the upteeenth call from these sly and annoying people.  I own my car and have no service warranty with them... why do they keep calling - I don't know, but wish they would stop.

I have no idea why they keep calling from this number. I look it up and it comes back to a remote place in Denver. I hate these calls. Hope someone can invent a phone virus and send it to this *&#%@!^ number.

I just got a call from this number too, on my cell phone.  I did not answer, they left no message.
Isn't it creepy that this number was the first one on the front page of this site?!
