Claimed to be from the Police Protective Society. Asked for me by my first name...anyone who knows me, knows I don't use it on a daily basis. I told him to remove my number from their calling list and that I prefer to support my local PD personally. He got as far as responding with "but" and I hung up.

Caller ID showed: LOCAL CALL AREA

They just called me. I didn't answer of course. Sounds like a police union. When I was in a union I paid union dues and our unions did not rely on telemarketers to beg from the public.

Police Protective Association, calling to talk to my dead Mother.  I have asked them several times to stop calling ... they promise to take her off their list,  but they still call.  What part of dead don't they understand ??
