Finally left a message at 1:46 this afternoon.  Not an international caller, debt collector.  National Enterprise Systems.  Looking for someone who doesn't live here.  Called the return number spoke to "Greta" and asked to have this number removed.

Caller id says "International"  Did not answer and no message left.  Only have one relative that is overseas and I doubt he would be calling me.
