had the same problem as everyone else...javier i acosta,fl for a $9.66 charge on my cc. You can't understand the message on the recording when you call the number listed.  Someone needs to find out how this idiot is getting everyone's credit card numbers and charging with them.

I got a $9.66 charge from Javier I Acosta 8/7/08 with the same 303-586-1355 on my CC and called 2 times trying to understand the .com name...also no answer. I Googled the number and found this!  I called the CC company and they stated th name and the amount BEFORE I even told them. I questioned them as to WHY they have not suspended this person/company's privledges to charge in the first place. I would encourage everyone who reads this to go to Florida Attorney General's website and file a consumer complaint!

They put a charge on my visa account.  Visa dismissed the charge, but it is still scary that this is happening.  The charge appears as Javier I Acosta (303-5861355) FL.
When you call the number, you get a garbled recording and are directed to log into their website.  They don't give the website address... there isn't one.

showed up on my credit card-$9.66.  Called my bank and cancelled account. Def something going on.  The message from this Javier/acosta is garbled and hard to understand.  Bank said that a small charge is placed on credit card  by the person and if you pay it , they go on to something much larger.

I just had a charge on my credit card as well.  I have disputed it and closed my account. I can't believe what  apin this stuff is to deal with.

We also received an unwanted charge on our visa from this same number.  Called the telephone number and received the recording.  Had to cancel our visa card to prevent future charges and our liability to them. This is definitely a scam and beware.

Well, add me to this list too.  $9.66 taken from my CC.  It does worry me to think how he gets our CC numbers.  My bank is going to investigate it and put a stop on it so that this does not happen repeatedly. I called that stinking 303-586-1355 a couple of times to try and understand the message but I can't.  I hope he/she goes to jail.

A charge of 9.69 was placed on my debit card from this number 1-303-586-1355.  I called but only get a recording.  I am wondering how this company got my debit card info. The name of the charge on my credit card number was Javier I Acosta.  I am wondering if this is going to happen every month?

Same here..Got a charge on my credit card from Javier I Acosta for $9.66. I called credit card company, and they said it was for some TeleCom equipment from Florida. I called the 303-586-1355 #, and couldn't make out the website (thanks Al). I just called my credit card, they will dispute it, and reverse the charges... I now wonder how they got my credit card number....

I also got billed by them also.  I disputed it with my bank and they refunded my money and are sending a new credit card.

I also received a charge on my credit card that was listed as Javier I Acosta 303-5861355 for $9.96. I called my credit card company and they said it was a charge from a telecommunications company out of FL and that my card was not present at the time of the transaction. I disputed the charge, and it was removed from my account.

Received a charge on my credit card from Javier I Acosta for 9.95 and I have no idea who he is.  I called my cc company and they said it was in Florida.  I've tried to get through to the number numerous times but I only got the same recording as everyone else.

For Christ?s sake, that is so stupid! Don?t get offended CM in PA, but I can?t think of a less offending adjective to describe your post. It seams to me that you have no idea of what you are talking about and I honestly hope that others DO NOT follow your ?advise?.  

I am a small business owner myself and a loving mother of two beautiful angels, raising them on my own. I had the same thing happened to my website about two years ago. I received over 100 orders from people who didn?t even know about my business. My phone was going crazy 24/7. I nearly lost my business and probably would, if I wasn?t helped by volunteers from my church that helped me to take all the calls.

I was patient enough to keep calling for about twenty minutes and did talk to Joseph. Cheer! He said that their phone line is burning from calls and they have nothing to do with these orders and I believe him, as I had to go through this myself.

In any case, all that you need to do is simply REQUEST A REFUDN and sure enough, you will receive it, as they are good people.

Called the Florida Attorney General 850-414-3300 and reported this  and also called the Federal Trade Commission 877-382-4357..   Please call and report this..  My credit card company is making good on the charge but whoever this is should not get away with it....

p.s.  the site name is motorolamobilethemes.com, it took me several tries to get it right, kinda hard to catch it from the recording.

I have got a call from some Joseph person three days ago n he said their web-site got hacked or something so now they are calling all their customers to see if they have ordered anything. He told me to fill out a refund form on their site, which i did and got the money back on my card today. hope this helps anyone.
