Wow, I feel like such an idiot.  I should have looked this company up.  I have sent them at least $1000.00 dollars over the last year.  They were so threatening and believable.  From now on I will ask for documents on where the debt is owed to.  These people should be ashamed of themselves.  I had taken out some payday loans but was certain that they had all been taken care of.

i got a call frm this no n they r keep on harrasing me...... plz save me

omg these people keep calling me. it was 7pm on a friday night and i get a call saying im being sued. it was albert from hawkins law firm and he asked me to verify my information then transferred me to his superior officer, who told me that i needed to listen to everything he said in its entirety before i asked any questions.  he said i owed 300 to Cash Advance for a payday loan i received September 2009, but yet the information they verified is for a house i just moved into this past march. the guy told me i have 2 options. either have my attorney contact them or set up a payment right now over the phone.  i told him i was not paying anything until i received the information in the mail.  he said i am sick of talking to you and said if you do not have your lawyer call me before 10am on monday i will send a investigating cop to your home on monday to put you behind bars.  i then had my mother call them and she told them if they dont stop calling her daughter she will contact the cops. he continued to call my mother back numerous times. yelling at her, cussing at her, telling her f*** you b**** and telling her he was going to rape her. i am going to contact the attorney general and file a complaint.

I received the same phone call about six months ago. I was so afraid when these people told me I was under investigation and would go to court. I gave them my credit card info, paid 500 dollars, and it was fraud. Fortunately my bank gave me the money back, but now the problem is they are calling again. I told them to send my documentation, buy didnt ghet anything. Should i report this to the police?

THIS GUY IS CALLING ME SAYING I OWE MONEY ALSO TO AN ON-LINE PAYDAY ADV COMPANY. I TOLD HIM I HAVE NO IDEA WHO HE'S TALING ABOUT OR WHAT HE'S TALIKING ABOUT. HE POSES AS A DETECTIVE AND ALSO THREATEN TO CALL MY EMPLOYER. THE FIRST CONTACT I TOLD HIM NO TO CALL ME AGAIN AND THAT I HAD RECORDED THE ONVERSATION. ON 10/28 HE CALLS AGAIN FROM 407-476-0027 THE COMPANY NAME CAME UP WHEN I DID A REVERSE NUMBER LOOK-UP. THEY ARE ALSO LOCATED IN CO. THE 407 CAME BACK AS PEERLESS NETWORK OF FL, LLC

I have been experiencing the same thing.  Some joker with an extremely heavy foreign accent.  He has left several messages which you cannot really understand what he is saying.  I did pick up the Hawkins Law Firm on one of the messages.  This person has started calling 6 and 7 times back to back to back in rapid succession.  You cannot understand really anything this person is saying.  Whoever this person/company/organization is should be sued, prosecuted and put away with restitution made to all individuals he/they have subjected to this harassment.  I presume this is some kind of idiotical debt collector.  If this was an actual attorney's office calling, they would not follow these type of tactics.

this guy Mike Walter(yeah if thats his name) has a strong accent and is telling me i took out a loan and never paid it he keeps calling and iwould love to get my hands on him. Saying they will take my child support. And gave me a case number. this is rediculous.

These people are vile, viscious, rude scam artists and something needs to be done to stop them.  They give a different fake name each time they call ... i.e., Tyrone Jones, Bob Williams, etc. .... and they all have very thick Indian accents.   They are despicable scam artists who will harrass you all day every day if you let them.   They will not provide you with verification of debt because there is none.  If you question them about the debt, they make up information as they go along.   This guy actually told me that they didn't have any verification of the debt, that they were calling to inform me of my court date.   WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP.   I worked in the legal/judicial system for 20+ years and I know for a fact that there is no DEBTOR'S PRISON.   The only entity able to put you in jail for failing to pay a debt is the IRS and that process takes years.   DO NOT FALL for their tactics!  Call them on their crap:   tell them you know they are scammers, you have already reported them to the FCC, do not call you again, and hang up.

Same thing. Hung up and called me back and called me stupid.  Oh, do have a lawyer and wanted them to send papers to them. they hung up.

I received a call from this number saying his name was Alan Williams and i owe money and if i did not pay it they were having me for fraud! they would not give me documentation and said i had to pay and send them faxes of my information  at this moment or i would be handled and keep calling me ...i do not recall taking out the cash advance loan and said i want to check my bank records he got rude and hung up after saying i better pay or else would be in trouble!

I got the same call for the first time today.  I answered and hung up 2x and they called right back a 3rd time. I let go to voice mail and you can barely understand the individual for having an "american name"... what an idiot!  I have no idea what this is about but instantly but him on my block call list with my cell provider! ha ha ha ha... I think I understood 6 words out of the 2 minute message he left. I am sure it is a scam and won't let it ruin my day! Hope this helps anyone else out there. check with your phone provider to see if they offer "block call" options. It's worth the $5 a month with ATT.

this # call me today early asking me $537.00 for loans I never toll to peoples and never ask for money, they toll me that pay or going to jail and lose your job.  we have to stop harassment calls any way..

I loss a day of pay. Was so upset. this thomas Smith sid he was going to take my house for 300.00.  I check with the bank he said he was cash advance pay day loan. He is a evil person. dog, deep voice..indian speaking..

Called them back after receiving phone calls from them for about two days.. same deal, leaving harrassing voicemails, etc. Called back and spoke to Officer Thomas Smith, told them I had spoke with a Jordan earlier and he "transferred" my phone to him. Definitely was the same person. When asked if I was who I was I kindly stated no and that I was an attorney representing my client. He asked for a fax number and then was told he was already reported to the FBI and FCC. He started rambling in some non-understandable language and thanked me angrily for doing that. I think I'm going to start masking my number and harrassing this guy...

These guys keep calling and harassing me as well. They told me to go f**k myself, they were going to make sure that I lost my job, they are going to send the cops to come and get me etc.  They will not stop calling, and they are now calling me at work.  He said he was from Hopkins Law Firm in Colorado.  The number they are calling from is 303-647-8136....They are from India-  CAN SOMEONE STOP THESE PEOPLE!

I filed a complaint online, lets hope it helps stop these people.  They are calling me at work again today even after I had asked them to stop.  These people are really persistent and its getting irritating!!  Best of luck to everyone else!

I got the same exact thing, they are calling me at work as well.  This is very annoying as I am very busy and do not have time to deal with these people.  At one point they left a message on my voicemail, I could not understand a thing that was said.  All I got out of the entire message was the phone number to call them back at.  They also have a hard time pronouncing my first name, its a very common name so that just goes to show what kind of people these are.  I told them to stop calling me, that I have also received these calls in the past, as soon as I hung up they were calling right back.  I think I will be reporting it to my local police department as well.  This is harrassment and I do not have to deal with it!

I just got a call from someone claiming I owed them money. The guy had such a heavy accent I could not understand a thing he was saying. I told him to send this informtion in the mail and to never call me at work and he said no that I was going to go to jail. I then hung up on him and our receptionist told me he called 10 more times and even told her to shut up and put me on the phone. I talked to our attorney here at work and he said that what they are doing is illegal. He said he was calling from Hawkins Law Firm, yet when we paid to do a phone look up it just says Decker, CO and its a landline.

I keep getting calls from this number.  Heavy indian accent, first message was from an Albert, when I called back I spoke to a Jordan who claims to be a lawyer and they wanted to know if I had a lawyer.  I told them that if they wanted to discuss anything further, they were to mail me a copy of the paperwork and any information pertaining to what they were calling about and I hung up.  I've gotten calls like this for over a year now.  It seems they bother you for a while and then stop and start again a few months later.  They all call from different numbers but all have heavy indian accents and the messages they leave are sketchy at best.

Also received a call from this number and 951-4890223 someone with a accent saying that I need to get a lawyer that I am being sueded for non payment on a loan.That someone is coming to pick me up from the police station. So I called them back and now each time that hang up on me.

They called this afternoon for someone I know, they do speak in a very heavy Indian accent and told me his name was Thomas Smith. I was like whatever!! If your name is Thomas Smith then I'm the queen of England.  They didn't say what they wanted though. It was this same number, I looked up the area code they gave me and it pulls up Colorado.

I keep on getting the same thing and they keep calling my work. They are now calling my family members to get info out of them. They even called my in-laws. They dont stop and I even went to the cops about this. Make sure you let your bank know about it so they can keep an eye on your accounts. This is getting out of hand and some one needs to do something about it. I just hope the cops can do something but I dont think they can. I just keep on telling them that the cops are on the other line and can hear everything. Its getting old!!!!!!!!

now this is the second time these people are calling me they are starting to call from different numbers and this is getting aggervating how do they know all my information including my social this is illegal.

They call my job 10 or 20 times a day they will tell me they are an officer then tel my they are a lawyer they are very rude and yell at me... They are telling me I owe money but wont tell me where for and wont provinde me with any documentation. Please help to get these people to stop
