Phone rings twice then hangs up,shows on caller Id as unknown name.We dont answer any phone number that we dont know who it is. This is the first time this number has called and should not have called, because we have an unlisted number and are on the do not call list.Thanks

This number called my cell phone.  The automated message said it was from "Time Warner Cable" and to return the call.  It said it had some important information for me and gave a reference number.  I did not return the unsolicited call to my cell phone, because I am also on a "do not call" list.  I have reported it to other agencies.

This was Time Warner calling to confirm appointments.

If you have an open trouble ticket with TWC they will call you back to verify services are working ok or to verify that your tech came out. You can't call it back.

this is a time warner customer service number. they called me to help with some issues i was having.

The call from this number is from Time Warner Cable. They were announcing a digital cable guide upgrade for July 20, 2010.

If it is Time Warner scheduling or confirm appointments, I don't have an appointment with Time Warner.
