Constantly getting calls from this number.

I keep getting the same solicitation about my "car warranty is about to expire" and to press this number or that. I don't pick-up anymore, they just leave a recorded message.

I have tried talking to them. They asked me my car year, make and model. When I responded if you believe that my car warranty is about to expire, you tell me. They hung up on me. I've even pressed "2" to be removed from the "list". But, that doesn't help. They keep calling and leaving messages.

Every week or so, they change the number from which they call. They have used the following numbers:

Now, I'm filing a complaint with the Caifornia Public Utilities Commission:
