It should say at the beginning of the message who it is for. It did for me. (but I wasn't the person)

I was all poised and ready with payment by phone, in the event the debt was something that had slipped my mind.  It DOES happen - rarely, but it DOES.  The person was SO rude on the phone and would not answer when questioned about to whom the debt was owed.  He just kept asking, "Are you...?" and "did we get a wrong number, or are you...?"  I told him I would not pursue the conversation until he clarified the party he was representing.  He hung up on me...

If I owe you $68 please have a HUMAN contact me.  In fact, get some HUMANS to answer the phone when promising to connect you with one, because this person was anything BUT human.

Only STUPID DEBT COLLECTORS are UGLY! They have this mentality to just be mean and rude till you just send the money. Life is not that way. People do not respond to that! It is not called take your anger out at work! It is called collections! When I did collections for Security Pacific Financial in the 90's i never was disrespectful to anyone. I had so many nice write ins about my professional behavior that my debtors would write my boss telling them they may have had to let me voluntary reposes there merchandise but they learned a lot and I treated them with compassion! There is a reason that saying "You catch more flies with honey than vinegar! I was the most successful collector they had. Its about helping the person understand how this will effect them in the overall arena of their life but keeping a compassion outlook for the person on the phone with you!

They call us all the time and leave a message. It must be some kind of Davox Predictive Dialer. I use to use one years ago for collections. It is a way to call a mass amount of people and leave a message or if you answer transfer you to a live person. I never thought I would see the day I myself would be in collections. If they are calling you and it is not your debt the best way to get them to stop is call back and tell them have theme just remove your number from the system.
For me they will just have to keep calling for ever because I am not paying this debt ever! Imagine you go into a hospital for severe PTSD symptoms. They send you to a place called Bridge House. This place gives you someone else medication. Her name was Lori. Lori had a service dog; she got so ill within 18 hours they had to take her away in an ambulance. I was completely out of it most of the visit. Then your 72 hours are up so they just ship you home. Are you well NO! Did they help NO! Then they send you a bill! Yeah, go to hell and back and they want you to pay for it. Hell NO! The second visit did not go any better. I think maybe I should start answering and just go off on them. They were not the problem but I refuse to pay! They should b paying me!!!!!!!!

I got a call from them and called them back this boy name Anthony was so ugly on the phone refuse to help me with threr fix i told him why have a job where you have to bee so ugly to people i hope that you forgive yourself befor you go to sleep i dont care how much money a job is paying me what come around gos around you have a bless day .

I received a call from this number and did not answer as I did not recognize it. I listened to the full recording that was left. Since the person they were looking for is deceased, I called them back and told them that this individual died a year ago. They asked if there was an estate for this person. I responded that there is no estate. They asked me to send a photocopy of the death certificate. I agreed to do so as long as I could redact all but the last 4 digits of the social security number. They had no problem with that. All it cost me was a piece of paper, a bit of ink, and a stamp.

I did ask them to identify the creditor for my records. They did. It is interesting that this creditor hasn't sent anything via the post office in the form of a bill or dunning letters. I am assuming the time frame (they said it was "old") may be around the time of my spouse's death. Oh well...it is not really my problem since nothing of value was left to classify as an estate.

The next time they call, either answer or call them back and tell them your number has never been associated with the person whom they seek. I have found that most places are pretty courteous if you are courteous to them. You don't have to tell them that the person they want is your ex unless you want to make sure you have it cleared up forever. In that case, they may want a photocopy of the divorce decree.

Never home when they call so their recording says "if you are not "Jim Smith (example)" then please hang up, well my recorder doesn't have the capabilities to hang up during their call so they think they are calling the correct person and continue calling even after I called them and requested to have my number removed from their calling list. Funny thing is,  they are calling for my ex wife who I have had zero contact with in 20 years. Wish I knew her number, I'd give it to them in a heart beat. Can you believe she let her house go into foreclosure with only a $235 a month 30 year mortgage, hell it only has/had five years left on it. Dumb a** crackhead, same reason I divorced her, she was a coke head and smoked my life savings. Guess she is still doing it 20 years later. What a waste of life. Thank God I left her and never had kids with her either.

Revenue Ent LLC, get it straight and quit calling me. My ex was awarded the house in divorce proceedings 20 years ago and I have no idea where she is. Maybe in jail or better yet........dead from a life long crack cocaine addiction.

Found this number on my caller id.

It is a collection agency called Revenue Enterprises

303-695-3800  They also call me.  They leave a message for another person and they say if im not this person not to listen to it.  So I listen and its from a collection agency named "LLC Revenue Enterprises".  they need to get their information straight.  I wonder how they got my number.

(303)695-3800, they call me at all times.  is that eligan.. And there is not even a live person on the phone.  just a recording  saying its a private matter for to attempt to collect a dept.
