I guess it's their marketing strat.

It is heritage college. they just called me i missed their call so i called right back and they said they got from a student there but wouldnt tell me who gave them my number. i asked for them to stop calling and they hung up on  me!!! very rude lady i think her name was tara or sarah or something like that!

Got a call on my mobile this morning.  Im on the do not call list....going to report.

Rec'd another call today.  Answered it and a woman asked for "Brenda" (not me) and I told her she had the wrong number.  She apologised and hung up.  Hopefully that will be the end of it.

The caller id said "Colorado" so I didn't answer it but apparently this is from Heritage Institute, where they teach classes on massage therapy, radiology technicians, and such.  I had a friend recently sign up for classes there, so apparently she gave out my number.  They didn't leave a message.

Heritage College doesn't not stop although one is not interested in their institute.
