This company refuses to give address or owner information.  They are a scam company sending out resumes to thousands of unsilicited recruiters for people paying for the service only they are sending the resumes to companies that can't help the person paying them.  They list a fake return fax number on what they send.  That number is 866-662-1851

The above posting is incorrect, and also offensive with the language used. I looked ITS services, and I have a family member actually who have used them successfully. They  sell resources that give people a competitive advantage in a job hunt.  Some include resume writing services, distributions, team support etc.  The also have a website with lots of great databases available.  When they sell their services they  can't be more clear about what they do, and don't do.  You can get their company information without every talking to a salesperson.  This is a good company, that's does everything right. Call ITS if you need  help.

From what I can tell none of these angry folks have been hurt in any way.  Somebody they don't know called their house.  Is that right? Being out of job or looking for one must be extremely traumatic for some folks.  Some of these comments are beyond being "out of line." How paranoid can you get? The company, ITS, is in Denver, and they provide multifaceted job search services.  Pretty straight forward, nothing hidden or misrepresented.  You may not want the help (even if you need it), but why talk so badly about a company with no valid complaint.

I received a call from ITS offering to help me find a job once I posted my resume on the internet.  Having researched the number and read the information herein, I went in with my eyes wide open.  I found that ITS was amazingly upfront with what the company does, and as a couple of others have written gave me access to their website and three different videos explaining what they did.  Their agent, asked me to view the videos and we are scheduled to talk about my career next week.  I must say the videos are highly informational, especially since I have never really had to look for a job. He also told me that they charge a fee, but only if I was interested in a quote.  So far it has been free!  Will post more after my meeting next week.

He says he is with ITS Changingcareersonline.com

These guys are real works of art.  From looking at their profiles they seem to be unemployed older guys being taken advantage of other people.

I received a voice mail telling me how "impressive" my resume is that they found on Monster.  Any company that uses an acronym as their name to avoid people doing research online is shady behavior at best.  I got a call from a Brian Trujillo and he left a phone number of 303-357-3921.  The best thing about some of the above mentioned posts is that if you read them carefully you can tell they are probably employees of ITS.  Who ends a post by saying, "If you need a job call them!"  People want full disclosure these days, don't skirt the issue on who you are and people on here won't be bad mouthing you.

Well I did some research with the BBB.  Here is what I got...

McKenzie/Scott Partners is a franchise type company headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. The company offers career consulting services. The company is not, nor does it claim to be, a job placement or employment agency nor do they obtain job interviews for clients. Consequently, the company does not place people in jobs, have job openings or guarantee that it can or will provide contacts through whom clients can search for jobs on their own. Complaints about the company generally request refunds for up-front fees paid for future services which they allege are not as represented. The company has responded to customer complaints but not all complainants were satisfied with the response.
The BBB routinely urges thorough reading of contracts before paying up front-fees or signing. Always confirm verbal promises in writing. Consumers should be aware that California law allows cancellation of any career management contract within three business days after the contract was signed. Cancellation notices must be postmarked by midnight of the third day. We advise sending cancellations by certified mail to obtain proof of delivery.

I have not had to look for a job in over ten years, so I was a little taken aback when ITS called and told me they charged money to "market" me.  Nonetheless, I have been looking for a job for over two months now so I watched the free videos. What an education!  I called the guy back, his name is Patrick Sanders, and found him to be a very kind, compassionate fellow. I have been a client for just two weeks now and so far I am delighted with the company.  It was everything Patrick and their videos represented it to be and all of the folks has been exceptional.  I will post more once I find a job.

I don't think it really helps you in the job. You would be better off with a bounty hunter. They randomly target and send distributions. I do not Recommend this. pls try your self or a bounty hunter.

I spoke with Lydia for 2.5 hours the other day - ALL COMPLIMENTARY!!  She was wonderful and knows what she is talking about!  She sent me information KNOWING that I did not have any way to pay for it.  I told her my perspective of why it is difficult to obtain employment.  Not only did she confirm my observations, she told me the things I need to do to overcome them.  If I had the money, I would not blink an eye to pay them the fee.  Why not!  It is 100% guaranteed!!!  The money would earn in a position they would find for you would make the fee you pay MORE than worth it!  I think Lydia is fabulous!

I received a call today as well about an online profile I filled out. The company was ITS Corporation. They are a good organization, and they are located in Denver. They sell and deliver personal marketing services nationwide. They seem to provide real interesting services...I certainly liked their approach.  The personal I talked to was professional, and seemed really interested in my situation. I asked for their literature and materials, so we will see where it goes.

This company sure does seem like a scam.

Before they would even let me make an appointment they asked me for money. When I asked what types of positions they had they said they would not tell me anything until I paid a fee. They continue to call me and leave voicemails asking for money.

They claim to be a job placement agency but would not tell me the name of the company.

Be careful of them. Something doesn't sound right.

Have received a call from a Lydia McCarthy at 303 846 2822 (her direct extension).  Have not spoken with her as yet, however each of your comments regarding the general/main line extension (2800) make me disinclined to speak with her.

Another company, Global Career Management, is essentially in the same game, although they seem actually to be a bit more reputable.  They want you to pay for them to show you how to market yourself to companies - several thousands of dollars as I recall!  I don't think so...!

I recently was laid off in the mortgage industry, and need to find a new position quickly.  I was contacted by Lydia McCarthy and ITS, and while I am not sure their services are right for me, the experience was incredible.  When she contacted me, she told me immediately who she was, why she was calling, and that their services had a fee.  She sent me the company literature, and gave me a link to a presentation on their services online, all within a brief period of time. It was professional, informative, upfront, and I certainly was impressed. This was all before I spent any time in deciding to to have lenghty conversations about my career. I have not even visited the offices. The comments above by other posters are not true, and misleading. The posting just don't make sense. I could not have been treated any better by this firm, and I am considering having some more discussions.

Received a call today from 303-846-2800 and the guy was real quick, "you filled out a profile on-line that I'd like to talk to you about, but I'm real busy today and don't have time.  Can I call you tomorrow?"  I wanted to do some research on the phone number and company name so I told him to give me a call tomorrow afternoon.  I'll make sure to avoid this call tomorrow.  Thanks for the help!

The sad thing is some people might get caught up in this if there are really stressed about a job -AND- there is actually a company in CA called ITS Corporation, that actually looks like a good organization.  Hopefully the two won't get confused!

I received a call from this phone number today on my cell. First there was a missed call from this number and then a message from a male identifying himself as a manager from a company called ITS. He said he had found my resume on Monster.com and wanted to interview me for a marketing manager position. Now, I'm interested in marketing communications positions, but not in scams. I have deleted the message from my cell and their phone number. I don't have time for BS, and have enough confidence in myself to know that I don't have to pay some hack to find a job for me or arrange interviews for me. Besides, the employment office will do that for free. This looks and smells like a steaming pile of exrement to me.

I received a call today from ITS.  It was in response to a profile I filled out online requesting information on their services.    In checking them out, I found this site.  The above posting from "Rick" is not correct. This company does not make unsolicited phone calls. They are also highly professional in their approach to selling their services. I enjoyed learning about what they do.

Wow, what a small world. I also got an email (below) from Dan Ward. I had filled out a profile to learn about his company services.  I talked to him. What a great guy!  I spent a few minutes learning about what ITS does, than Dan directed me to a online movie to learn about their services. I watched it, and learned more about job hunting than I ever new. Call these guys if your interested in services they offer.
