Well, they haven't been caught. I had the same charge as everyone else. Went to the bank, did the fraud thing, and had to get a new card too. This is a pain!

got hit yesterday, BOA immediately sent me an email flagging it as possible fraud, since it was in Denver, and a known scam.  4.89, IM GAMED.com.  cancel card, wait for new one, i am not used to carrying cash, and i hate writing checks so this is really a pain in the a**.  can't believe they cant track down someone related to this deal, they must me making millions off of these stupid little charges, and many i bet go unnoticed.  they should be able to track down an IP address or something as to where the payments go through the payment gateway?  Really?  we can't do even do that?

got hit today.  canceled card will report tomorrow but it looks like the complaint will go no where.  it's going to take time to nail these guys.

got the same charge to my accountcall them and no contact. pulled it up online and gameing facility...my back stated wait and see if its caught by the bank..if not file dispute of the charges and go for the vendor for fraud.

Same here.  My debit card was charged $4.89 from IM GAMED.COM on 4/2/2012.  Phone number on transaction description is 213-286-4100. I called this number several times and got a busy signal.  I when online and saw that many people had the same thing happen. I went to my bank today to notify them that this is fraudulent, canceled my debit card, and am getting a new account. What a pain!I

I just got that same screwed up charge of $4.89 also. I just called my BoA and they said they can't do anything at the moment because it is still in the processing stage, but in a few days when it is charged to my account then they will do the credit card cancellation thing.

Ugh. Got me too for $4.89. I feel sick. I hate this.

Got the IM Game.com $4.89 charge today. Wonder if anything will ever be done? Now to go throught the hassle of changing cards...........................

the ABC Gaming LLC has a a server-contract for which they pay some 5000 usd per month, to Barlens Commercial Inc, funds going to a Cyprus bank.

I got hit on Fri. called the bank they took care of it right away, but had to can my card and have to what 10 days to get a new one how do they get our card # any way thanks

They hit me as well.  Not sure how they got may card number. Would love to meet these guys, so I can punch their eyes out.

I also got a charge from this Im Gamed.com llc I called bank they said it was already took out & I need to cancel my debit card! So I live in a small town in TN & we dont have my bank locally I just withdraw money when needed from  ATM, so this really bites!! Now I have to wait 10 days until I can get some money from my account or drive to Illinios where my bank is at! This sucks big time!

on the scammers website, they have a picture of what looks like a xbox controller, everyone should contact Xbox and report this.

I also filed complaints with their domain name server, hosting company and telephone company. and as mentioned above with Xbox

My bank called, texted, and emailed to alert me to unusual activity on my account.

Received a $1.89 charge on my card. Had to cancel the current debit card and have a new one issued, as well as dispute the charge. Am currently awaiting the paperwork.

I noticed the charge from IM GAMED.COM LLC. Credit card statement listed a 213.286.4100 number and said company was in Colorado, which is weird because 213 is area code for Los Angeles. I never called them. Instead, I reported the charge as fraudulent and company canceled the card.

I can't figure out why banks accept charges from this known scammer when they know it's bogus every single time

I got the 4.89 charge on my credit card.after stopping it at the bank I investigated this people in Denver Colo. It is road trip time, the banks wont stop them, it seems the police don't care, so we will see what lives and what dies at 1055 13th st p2 Denver Colo. To be continued. I got hit today. My credit union put a stop on my card, and they called me. They said that the transaction drew a red flag. They evidently are familiar with this fraudulent whoever they are, which is a good thing. I probably never would have known. I'm with you all, why can't something be done. We might need to know who is really behind it all. Nothing would surprise me now-a-days. Thanks for all your comments.

number. Had to cancel my card also. Hope it doesn't happen again.

This occurred tonight to me also.  I went to pay bills and noticed the charge.  I called my bank and they are taking care of the charge.  I made them aware  of the fact that this has happened to lots of others. I also looked on line and found the generic web sites.  I did not call them but I have received phone calls from unknown numbers and I have looked them up since I do not know who they are. I have never phoned them back.

Here it is, July 2011, and this is STILL going on.  This is CRAZY.  I have to cancel my card for $1.89 charge made July 17th.  Ugh!  2 weeks without my debit card for $1.89.  Seems crazy they can't find where the funds truly are going and do something about it.

303-872-7857 IM GAMED.COM appeared on my debit card 4/20 for $4.89 right after a Google check out for a purchase for DVDs from Media Tech Inc. in Englewood Co (also a 303 Area code). Not pointing fingers but it sure is strange. I called Media Tech and they were friendly and concerned about thier customers. No one else reported a problem to them  Has anyone else done any business with Google check out or Media Tech Inc.? Bank killed the card, now it's 7 to 14 days until I get another. What a pain.

I check, and reconcile, my accounts every morning at 5:00am while sipping coffee.  Found a "Pending" charge for $4.89.  Will be speaking directly with Chase Bank this morning when they open.  I will post their comments/actions.
