This number calls several times a day, harrassing phone call.

Major scam. This number called my home number saying it was Chase bank and my debit card had been frozen. Asked what my card number was. I hung up. Chase would not ask my account number because they already know it.

3039683280 called at 5am, waking us all up. SPAM.

Received a call from 303-968-3280-- recorded message about a debit card has been deactivited. I don't  belong to that bank

POS reporting that my mastercard debit card was locked and trying to get number.  Total Fish.  

they said my visa was locked due to security reasons and wanted my personal information to verify who I was....What??? I played along and gave them some made up name and information, along with a visa card #  and then I started to ask them about their personal information. They didn't like that. They had no ideal who they called because I gave them a fake name and visa card number and supposedly the last 4 digits of my SS. they said they can now take off the security block on my card... whatever.  Who in the world would be stupid enough to give anyone who calls any information at all???

I have got a call from 303-968-3280. No answer. Looks like check if somebody at home.

Received call on my cell phone.  Recorded message said my MasterCard had been deactivated and to press "1" for further information. Suspected is was a scam/phishing type call so did not press "1."  Tried calling the number back and got a tone and a recording stating that the number was not in service.  Reported the number to the FCC using Form 1088G - Call or Message to Wireless Device (Cell Phone or Pager) Complaint. FCC web address is: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.  If you receive a call from this number, please report it to the FCC.

got a call from this number saying my debit card has been inactivated, then it prompted me to enter my 16 digit credit card number if I wanted it reactivated. What a scam! No live person, just automated robot voice.

I just got a call from 303 068 3280 informing me my credit card is no longer valid - no person - I would not enter my credit card and now cannot find out who this is. Must be a scam - any reputable credit card holder would not call without identifying themselves.

Received call while at church this morning @ 9:38 AM. Caller did not leave a message. Caller ID : NCM. Don't recognize this ID. Blocked the number. I would caution tryng to call back. Thsi may be a fishing or fraud attempt.

Continuing to call us with a recording stating that they are from "Key Bank & for more information press 1" Neither of us bank at Key Bank & the calls are getting annoying so we blocked it today but wanted to "put it out there" to be careful as they seem to want just a few pieces of 411 so they can put together all the pieces aka Phishing. Phone Company should be responsible for not allowing these calls in my opinion, after all they had to buy/take out the number somewhere somehow. Lets face it, the Government seems to be gathering all of our emails & calls  in the USA so why can't they find a way to stop these overseas "threats" to our personal financial security? I say, "lets all write Washington DC & ask for bigger penalties & aggressive investigations into those Phishing as I worry about my elderly Mom & other family members.

Just called me with a caller ID from NCM and said they were from Microsoft and my computer was infected.  He wanted me to log on to my computer and go to a website.  Told him are you nuts!  He said I was F'ing stupid and hung up.

Called needing info regarding a job application he said I filled out online. I stay home with my children and haven't looked for a job in years.... Dialed the number right back, says its not in service...

keeps calling but does not leaver a message.

Lady said she was calling in response to an online survey I did regarding a Walmart gift card. I told her I did not remember doing a survey online and she said she didn't have the day I supposedly did it but that she would walk me through her website to that I would be eligible for another gift card and gas card. No thanks!!

Looked at caller ID same number NCM, looked it up for area code. This was here.

Called my work phone.  When I answered I heard first silence and then a ring on the other end.   Person came on the line and said he was with an online pharmacy - and did I remember calling them about Viagra and Cialis?  

Based on previous comments on this thread, this looks like a boiler room of telemarketers serving multiple clients.

Sounds like a FAX. Also calls from 214-414-1036, 801-656-2093, 303-968-3280 and 213-396-9999

Claimed someone was online looking for a job recently (husband is retired and I'm not looking either).

Recieved a rude phone call from them telling me I won something. When I told them to stop calling, she repeated and so did I then she hung up.

Call from NCM at work left no message.  They let the phone ring long enough that I had a voice mail form them.  This needs to stop.   They do not answer when you return call.

Called to verify loan application from "cash payday loan dept".  I told him I didn't apply for a loan.  He wanted to confirm information so that he could cancel the application.  I told him he didn't need to confirm any information since he was cancelling.  He wouldn't take no for an answer.  I hung up on him.  He  called back asking me why I hung up.  I told him I was going to report him to the Attorney General's office.  He said he was my boyfriend and he liked to hear my sexy voice.  I hung up again.  He has called back several times.
