I have been receiving all these types of messages for months now because the first time I received a theartning call I beleived it and gave my cc info and started to pay the outstanding debt they said I had. Now all they do is call and come to find out I paid the loan off they were talking about, I still get nervous because these calls are scary with " I will serve you with papers", getting police and courts involved. I have not called any of them back. I just got a call from the above number a few min ago with the same thearts again. Have any of you had any papers served? or just all thearts? I cant think of any outstanding debts I have that need to be paid.

There trying me rt now....the guy sent me a letter too....im not payingvthem cuz i pd this debt in july which now im finding out was a scam....sooo sad....

I recd a call first that left me a message stating a processer was in the area to serve me papers, gave me a citation number etc....this all happened Jan 2, 2013...I called on the 3rd and spoke with a David Sterd whom wasnt too kind...I told him this debt was paid off in July 2012...which now Im finding out I was scammed and working with my cc company to revearse funds....Im soo embarressed this happened to me....funny thing is since the 2nd Ive recd another text from a wierd number 41782 telling me to call a (281)853-9084...all claiming they got my ase on there desk on Jan 7th....the story just continues....Ive contacted Attorney General going to file a police report and unless I get a certified letter to apear in my court house they can harrass away....This is terrible people are doing this.....

Becareful of who you give your info to. You may have had a loan the is more a debt. These companies will offer a lower settlement and then wipe out your account. It's a scam. It has happened to me and I still haven't received my money back. This company is calling me now. With the came info as above. They already have your info all they need is to verify your account.

We were called about being served by an attorney found that it was a bogus number

this company left a mess on my parents voicemail.....i called back. no threats of jail or no harassment..they were legit..the debt was mine. they got me a decent settlement on a pay day loan...perhaps you people should pay your debts instead of posting messages on the internet.. just sayn!!!!!!

Did anyone get the case# FL10579? Just wondering if they are making this up or give everyone the same case number.

Someone called me from this number 304-513-4569 telling me to be available between 12 noon and 4pm so they could serve papers. Not telling me what this was about, they threatened me by saying they could suspend my license. The number that appears on td like a law firmhe caller  is ..000-000-0000. They haven't served me with papers either

Call s under 000-000-0000 or unknown. They call 1-3 times a week but funny thing is they call my cell wanting to serve a different person each week. Sounds pretty scamish.

This number called me from different phone lines and even had the nerve to call my parents home. The leave mesg. for me to call them back at 304-513-4569 saying that they were going to serve  papers between the hours of 12-4 and that my license could be suspended!  A case number is given as well...

I Received the same phone call number twice within two weeks making the same exact complaints. I looked at my local court website for any court of cases or any affidavits or any type of issues and there's nothing out there! So please call or view your local courthouse to see any case record.  This is a scam!!!

I called this # and they told me they are a pre-litigation office saying the attorney name is David Stuart. I asked for the attorneys bar # and they hung up on me.I called back and they kept saying "get off my line".

They say in the pre-recorded message they are process servers but then say they are a pre-litigation office.

Yep, received a threatening call from these knuckleheads. They threatened serving me with an affidavit... but it was clearly a scam because they did not even know my name. Wish there was somebody to contact to put these people behind bars... anybody have a contact at the FBI? I recorded their lame threatening call.
