My wife and I initially had it up for sale but had a change of mind in leasing it out ourselves because the agent that was in charge of our rental property was asking too much of an agent fee and also making it difficult for people who cannot afford the rent, stay away from renting my house.

The reason why our house is up for lease is because I got transferred from my place of work to Houston TX, I will be away with my family for at least 4 to 5 years because of the love I have for them, I have decided not to sell our house and also assuring them that we only have few years to spend here and will be willing to lease it out to person/family who is willing to assure us of taking absolute care of our home and pay their rent on time.

I will start by telling you more in regard me and my family. I have a daughter named Kate (20 years) who attends University of Houston TX as a medical student, she has a lot going for her and she is also down to earth in all that she does to keep us happy and when she is back home on vacation, she also assist her mom in the house work when am at work. I work as a Robotic Programmer & Welder/Fitter here in Houston TX and got married to a lovely wife who is a member of Joyce Meyer Ministries.
We will be very pleased if we can find the right tenant to rent our home, a person who is a clean freak and does not tolerate anything that has to do with dirt... we also would like to know more about you and your family, your renting experience and how long

and when you plan moving into our home. These 3 bedrooms and 2 baths home are very specious and neat. 1,537 sqft

He posted an ad on Zillow in Barrington NJ at 20 Timber Lane. The tone of his reply email seemed "off" to me so I looked up the number he gave and thank God I found everyone's posts on here. This is what he wrote:

HE IS A LIAR AND A SCAM ARTIST

HE DID THE SAME THING IN NY. A 4 BEDROOM 2 BATH.

Same here guys. He just sent me a reply email. Didn't answer any of my questions about the"House" in Elmont NY. Big bio about his "Family". Glad I am a very cautious person.

This person has again listed a home on craigslist.  It is stated as a beautiful 3 bedroom home in Valparaiso, IN.  He sent me a long email explaining all about his "family" and why he has moved to Pennsylvania.  He has just sent me an application, which appears to not ask any real private information of me.  The rent is also $800 including utilities, which is too good to be true.  He has not asked for any money yet, but has asked me to call him to explain.  I looked up his phone number in my google search bar, and found the post below.  Thanks so much for posting this information.  Unfortunately, Craigslist is still posting his ads.

A person with this phone number used a picture taken off a realtor's site, placed it on Craigslist and tried to rent out a beautiful 4 bedroom home here in Layton, UT. He sent me a rental application, and a "story" of who he and his "family" were and why they weren't living locally here. Fortunately I heeded Craiglist's warning not to do "business" with anyone not locally here to deal with. This guy "approved" my application, and asked me to give $800 to his "secretary" to wire to him, and then he would send me the keys and paperwork for the rental. Fortunately I did not send him money, I hope everyone else who comes in contact with this scammer realize that he's a fraud. I hope he gets caught before he ruins lives
