called me I did not answer. keeps calling

I want this number to stop calling me

I got a call from 304-630-108 couldn't fully understand his broken english and where he said he was with But asked me about a recent surgey  - I read somewhere this is a scam so I just hung up

This number keep calling once a week asking personal question.  The 1st question do you need at load,  question you have won money foe home improvement.  This the three question have had any blood pressure med.  I want this to stop. When you call number 1304-630-2108 it camel out.  

They just called me glad I didn't answer to

Well they just called me and said they recieved my information and wanted to offer me compensation
For my time off work in December, (which I was on maternity leave) but I just hung up. Kind of freaked me out.

said nothing waited 20 sec then hung-up guess they want me to call them back that way the Federal  do not call restrictions don't apply. My Smart phone deals with them blocked forever no voice mail

This number called me too asking for my avatar from a virtual game. It's kind of creepy when they do that. I belong to several virtual worlds with the same avatar name so I don't know who is selling my name. Whoever this is asks for her and I hang up. Boiler room sound as described above sounds in the background.

No one spoke @ first. About ten seconds later, could hear "boiler room" background talking, then they hung up.
