305-000-3232 is the "spoofed" number shown on caller ID.  Recorded message to lower credit card interest rate.

305-000-3232 Florida Call  showed on caller id. At the end of the message it said to press 9 to talk to an someone so I pressed 1 to see what would happen and a woman answered "One Source". I asked how are you going to lower my intrest rate and she put me through to a "salesperson" who hung up on me.

This number has been appearing on my caller id doesn't leave any messages.
We are on the do not call list but we keep getting all these annoying calls.
