So basically that means they did not pay their corporation license and ANY  business they conduct under that name would be illegal conduct.

I recomend using a program like sms bomber and sending them 5000 text messages. That will shut there phone down for a few minutes.  If several people do this several times a day, that will be the receptionist who anss the cell number off

Call them to 305-303-0119 or the new phone number posted as their cell phone of 305-824-7923.

Send them to an interesting side of town, like Liberty City of Opa Locka. Remember, you need a car year, model and a made up 8 digit title number.

If this "Hardwell Industries Corp" company is going to annoy us, might as well annoy them back. They are breaking the law.

They don't even answer the phone all the time, since I'm sure they are getting calls back like crazy by people who want to give them a hard time.

When filing a report with https://www.donotcall.gov , make sure to put the company name Hardwell Industries Corp and their real phone number of 305-303-0119. They keep changing their phone number but that phone number is the one tied into their business, their website, their registrations.

Got a new text today from them, they are using a new cell phone number as a return number 305-824-7923.

i used an SMS bomber and send that number spam of my own every few hours... 100 texts at a time

Got another message from them today, asked some friends for help, so for the next (however long metro lasts) that number will be receiving an estamated 1000 text messages!!!!!!!!! Next time , just all just spam them back, see how they like it !!!!!!!!!! LOL LOL

UPDATE - They are now asking for the car title number.  So now it's 4 things: make/model of the car, if the car has the engine and transmission inside (you say yes), your address (to which you give them a random location) and then the certificate of title number (must be 8 numbers).

It's happening to a lot of people in Miami.  I first I kept getting upset.  Now I'm having fun with it, and I suggest you do the same.  Call them up several times until they pick up, and then tell them you have a car.  They ask you three things, what is the make/model/year of the car, is the engine and transmission inside the car (you say yes) and what is the address of your location (to which you give them a random address somewhere in Miami).  I've done this to them several times already.  Wasting their time is fantastic.  One guy called me when he arrived (I used google voice so they woudn't track me down) and started yelling at me because he realized I had sent him to random location and that he wasted his time.  Do it!

They constantly text me, I have tried several times to contact them and ask them to remove my number, and I am placed on "hold" (then it hangs up) the most recent time, they actually hung up on me. How can I report this to someone to make them stop!
