321-482-5007 this is the number that we have been given by "Officer Mark Greeno" when he calls our office.  he states the same as previo usly listed -internet fraud, owes money to them, etc.  he has called our work number for over 1 year and has recently been very irritated that he can not get in touch with his party.  he calls back to leave messages and to ask to speak to the "manager".  we have just hung up when he calls.  he is as stated having a mid-eastern accent, your voice echos sometimes when you speak on the line and there is a staticy background noise.  he has been told not to call our number as this is a "personal" matter and we are a business.  still doesn't listen and in fact has been verbally abusive to our employees.

I received a phone call from this number and a man named Mark Greenwall? (couldn't understand the name) with a thick Indian accent. Left 2 intimidating messages threatening that if I did not callor have my attorney call him that all he could do was "wisha mea gooda lucka" (again the accent). When I finally spoke with him he claimed that I owed $289 from a loan through U. S. National Bank/Payday loan. He claimed to be an "investigation officer". I had to  immediately provide my address, social security number, and a credit or debit card. If I did not I was going to go to court or possibly worse. I told him I did not take out any such loan and that I wanted the contact information for the company that I have this so called debt with. He said he could not give me this. I told him I do not give out any SS#, or CC# to strangers and I wanted a contact to discuss the error and if it was something I may have forgot over time I would certainly settle the matter with a check with the vendor. He said that "No I could not do that" I had to fax the information or tell him immediately or I was going to court. I was so upset with the man and the situation and the doubt he placed in my head that I had an outstanding debt that I purchased a credit check and found not outstanding debt to support his claim on my credit report. I further called my local DA's office and police department to file a complaint and get this number and man on file. I was instructed to ask for a english speaking representative to explain the matter as the man was very hard to understand. He told me that "my supervising officer will have to call you he is in a meeting'. I waited 4 hours no call, I called him again he said "he's still in a meeting". I told him that I would be waiting for his supervisors call. The police department further spoke with the man. I have not heard from the man in over 24 hours. Yet this case was so "time sensitive" as he put it I was going to be in court. I encourage everyone who gets this call to read consumer alerts on the internet, contact police, and inform the caller you are doing so. Do not give out your information! Because it's a scam!

My office manager said it wasnt exceptable. They then said a few words she could not understand. In a Mid eastern accent. I will be contacting the FBI again.

got the same call, i got a voicemail from my cell phone and calls at work.  They even went so far as to call my family member to tell them that i owe on a payday loan; in which i don't.  I have called the secret service, fbi and also have reports with a local police department.  If you get this call, don't give them any personal information, even if they tell you what they have tell them yes or no.  The more people that don't give them info and banking info, the less they will call.

These people are a scam and i feel sorry for anyone who falls for this. They get your information from the internet and they use old accounts to try and get you to pay them money. They are not legit at all. They change their names to american names and can barely speak english. When you ask to speak to a manager there they are always in court. They can never tell you what they are calling about. They keep using a Midland Financial for me. I used a pay day loan years ago that has been settled. They faxed me some fax form telling me it was a legal document, no document is legal when it is faxed. If it was legal it needed to be sent certified mail. I asked them to send me something in certified mail and the guy seemed confused on what they was. They call my work even though i asked them not to. However, they continue to call. They are rude with my co-workers and rude with me. They sound like they are calling from a garage and there is always a ton of people around laughing. If you have been in debt before to the point where thing became legal... which i unfourtnately have you understand what is fake and what is real. They keep changing the amount of money i owe them, it went from 300 something dollars to like 900 and now they wont tell me the amount they just want my bank information. They have even went onine to pull up a garnishment of wages form off the internet and faxed it to the fax number i gave them. It was not real and my boss called the court in the state they pulled it from and they told them anyone can pull it off the internet.

Beware of Marc Santos and Officer Greeno. They always like to the threten you becuase they are stupid. If they were real creditors they would realize its against the law to call you and make threats. Its just irritating as can be. I have reported them numerous times. They have even switched their phone numbes. They were in New jersey now they are in Florida. I am hoping the more people that report them they will be stopped.

I got a call from 305-423-7436 from a man named Mark Santoas stating he had a warrant for me arrest for fruad.  from a payday loan that was deposited into my account the end of septemeber 2006 hwever that account had been closed in august after doing some investigating thru the bank, internet, and the local police this was found to be a scam.  I had an investigator from the local police office call him and talk with Mark Santos the investigator told him to leave me the hell alone that he was running a scam and so far no call back from these scamming idiots.  Good luck.  Mark Santos stated he was from the Legal Affidavit office google it see what happens first thing to come up is a scam report.  the police were very surprised they had tried to scam someone my age (25).  as normally they go after elderly people.  I think its the payday loan companies selling our information to scammers and thats how we get these calls.  my one piece of advice is go to the police they will call the scammers and the calls should stop.  Good luck and god bless!

Rcvd a call from a man saying his name is Ofc. William Black, and that I am a bad person because I did not repay a payday loan from 2007.  I checked with the payday loan company, and they showed I did repay the monies. When I called the man back, he was irate saying I was a bad person, and that I should give him my current address so he can report me to the police so they can sue me.  I hung up on him, and have not heard back from him since.
