This middle eastern man calls me that this payday advance has a claim agains me, and that he is some lawyer associate...whatever. As soon as he gave me his number I started laughing at him. I said,"Oh really well this is not possible bec for one I don't have a checking account so there is no loan I owe, and secondly I would never go to payday advance, but thank you for giving me YOUR information so I may report you...Goodbye, click!" he tried to make it sound like I was going to jail and detecives were coming for me. Don't listen to them!!!! All they want to do is scare you into giving them money. Be smarter than them, and give them a taste of their own medicine.

I got a call from a payday loan place as well. It's HILARIOUS. Anyway, they will tell you they're a lawfirm, then they are the FBI then they are at the courthouse... I didn't take out a loan, but the same guy called a friend of mine (who I can only assume gave him my information) told him all this crap.

I to recieved the same call yesterday saying the samething and that they were going to take my dad to jail and myself they wanted my ID and my credit and debit card information. And yes they were middle eastern men as well I talked to 3 different people and they all were middle eastern. WARNING THIS IS A SCAM. I am going to report them. more scary is that they had my social security #.

The man continues to call and harrass me on both my cell phone and at work saying I owe money for a payday advance.  He has been calling me for MONTHS and will not stop.
