I receive a call every other day from this number, when answered the caller disconnect the call. When I call back the number, an automated operater voice said this number has been "disconnected." Is this a new scam??

Received a call from this number and when returned the call it seems as a disconnected number

I keep getting phone calls from that number but i have yet to answer. Pleasee anyone, is this likee a telemarketer or what ??
