This number not only calls people and solicits them for medical information they also call and identify themselves as other legitimate legal Marketing Companies in the U.S.  

I just got a call from 305-590-8186 and it was an India man who claims he speaks English which he didn't and he admits to me that he doesn't understand English! (LOL) That was so funny for someone who claims that speak English. I told him  to go f*** himself and stop calling  or I will have him hanging from his balls from the ceiling when my attorney gets done with him. He hung up after I said that.

After a year and a half of unwanted calls from these idiots, I'd had enough and decided to do some digging.
The company ultimately responsible for these calls is: EXCLUSIVE ATTORNEY LEADS, aka: EXCLUSIVE ATTORNEY MEDIA in New York (Brooklyn) and THEIR PH # is: 888-674-8678. The offshore call center they use is: Arogus.bpm in Ahmedabad, India. The Director of Arogus is Sohail Hingorja and HIS email is: sohail@arogusbpm.com His telemarketers use untraceable SKYPE, VOIP & track phones (hence the convenient Miami area codes) to call people from lists. They're only supposed to be following up with & qualifying people who HAVE FIRST CONTACTED THEM in response to an advertisement, but that isn't always (read: likely never) the case, given all the unwanted calls. Once they ?qualify? the lead, it is sent to Claudia at Lead Publishers in AZ (818-315-5415) who then puts you through to an attorney who paid big bucks for that ?qualified? lead. The head of EXCLUSIVE ATTORNEY LEADS is Rob Nilson. HIS # is: 631-897-5030. On the phone, he sounds more like a teenage boy who's just woken up.  The National Director of Sales for EXCLUSIVE ATTORNEY LEADS is: Richard Stephens and HIS # is: 646-210-8810. His job is to sell the over-priced, ?confirmed? leads (for $500 - $1200 a pop) to ambulance chasing law firms all across the US, looking to get in on a sweet class action lawsuit, with minimal effort on their part.

To stop the calls, you have to report them to the FTC. But not the numbers that have been calling you because those are fake numbers anyway. You have to find out the name of the company who hired them to make the calls in the first place. That takes a bit of creativity.
The next time they call, play along with them. Answer ?yes? to all their questions. Stay with them long enough for them to pass your info on to the attorney. When the attorney calls you, make sure he's legit - google him & the name of his firm. Then clue him in to the unwanted calls you've been receiving and find out the name of the company he buys his leads from. Then report THAT company to the  Federal Trade Commission ? 877-382-4357.
Alternately, you can also call the numbers listed above & give them a dose of their own medicine!

I keep getting these calls every month. It all started when I filled out a medical survey online for free medical samples and they haven't stop calling me.

I am getting callas from this number saying I owe money or I will be arrested. Now they have been calling my employer! Help!

Thought I had put N end to this until today....before they asked about my iud...this time his English was so bad I thought he kept saying miracle compensation....

Multiple calls per day... from multiple numbers, think Eastern Indian accent in a very noisy "call center"... this is the lastest number.  They identify themselves as "Medical Compensation", and no matter how many times I've told them to remove me from their call list, they continue to call.  The one time I tried to figure out what the heck they wanted, he asked me about my birth control habits, and why I had been on the pill for so long.  He actually asked if I did not like condoms.  I was horrified and screamed at him to never never ever call me again.  So he called back the next day.  Now I tell them that I am dead....and they still call back.  I informed them that I am not qualified to speak with the dead, and they still ask for me.  I don't think they know what dead means.

received call from gentleman sounding foreign and can barely understand him.  Lots of background talking and noise, somewhat hard to understand.  I stopped him before he started to try and sell me anything with "what ever your selling - i am not interested" and hung up.  I even have my phone number on the Do Not Call List and still i get these calls.

Sounds like a call center and the caller sounds Asian and not with greatest command of English.  Claims to be "Medical Helpline".  As I have had no "medical" dealings or need for "medical help" lately I decided it was a scam and told him not to call me and hung up, but they called again the next day.  My number is on the Do Not Call registry and they are in violation.  

Never answer and they don't leave a msg. Call back and it says no one is able to take your call. I will be threatening them the next time they call. Sick of seeing the call 8 times a day on my phone

They keep calling my phone

This number called me and did not answer but called them back. Obviously a scam because could not understand a word they were saying. Tried to stop them from a bunch of BS talk and they kept on til a yelled STOP. Then they hung up. What You bet this shows up on my bill? If I could reach out and touch them then they would regret it I promise. This is not the first time this has happened. I do expect on occassion out of state calls (legitimate calls). This really gets me mad. What, if anything, can be done about this?

with a notable Indian or South Asia accent.

His scam involves claiming that he represents
the "Medical Health Care Department"(?!),
and that he is not selling anything, all he
wants is to provide "free medical compensation"
for which he knows that we are fully qualified,
although he does not know the name of anybody
at my home.

Then he starts asking questions trying
to get information about who lives at home,
employment, ... and so on. So I had to
tell him that we wanted nothing from him
and not to call again, which made him upset.

Continue to get calls from this company - have asked them to take me off the no call list.  They are fishing for adding me on their class action law suit even though this does not apply to me.  I continue to block the numberous numbers they call me from.  This is an overseas call center (outsourced) most likely in India.
