Calls and hangs up.

If for any reason you can’t call me back, then I strongly suggest you to contact your attorney who can represent you for further legal action. ??????

I recieved the same call and i answered.  He said his name was Patrick Williams with a thick a** Indian Accent. He knew my SS#, My families names and numbers, my bank account and routing #, and my email.  He did'nt push me to make a payment but he did ask if I wanted to approach it outside the legal department or if I wanted to get a attorney. I've had these calls before from the same kind of people asking for the same thing.

I got one also saying he patrick williams. and says i will lose ,my job and be arressted. he has last 4 of my soc.

I got a call today from the same people saying they have all my info last 4 of social security number, my old adresses and old place of work, I have heard of this scam before, they get your info from a payday loan site that in the past you may have been trying to get money, well they take that info and say you have an outstanding payday loan out that going to court but if you pay them right now they won't take you to court.I have only taken one payday loan out in my life and I know that I paid it. So these scam artist can kiss my a** plus no dective would be a guy from India who can bearly speak english. This people need to be stopped

same thing to me today. indian accent. this was crazy. told me i was going to lose my job and to get an atty. WTF?

Our Dept is receiving numerous phone calls from numerous citizen from all over the state the citizens are stating, that they are being threatened by callers from this number alleging to be a police officer from the City of Miami Police Dept . This is " FALSE and if anyone is getting these type of phone calls please advise the proper authorities and and try to ascertain as much information as possible these people are committing a crime by inpersonating a police officer.

Recieved that same call today! Tell them to send the info to your lawyer, and they hang up, and         don't call back. They kept trying to get first numbers of s.s #.

I got a call from this same phone number, heavy accent also, but his name is "Nick Anderson".  Back in December the phone was registered in California, now it's registered in Florida.  So this is a scam, I honestly thought it was a payday loan that might not have been paid off, but I was sure it was paid off.  He threatened me, said I was going to be arrested, etc.  The next day he asked for my credit card number, by then I was upset & mad and I hung up on him.  I keep asking for the name of the company and he won't give it to me.
