I stayed at Summerbay Resort in Orlando. The resort is pretty good, excellent swimming pools.

I attended the timeshare presentation, 90 minutes and gave me tickets to Universal Studios. Do not buy anything, I am not interested the offer.

HI

I am in the same boat. I heard this promotion on the radio and I called the number and ended up paying $299.

I would like to know if anyone has been to disney using this promotional package?

I would like to know more details about the hotel, the timeshare presentation, and are the tickets for universal studios or disney world?

Thanks.

y case was similar in the month of February, luckily I was able to contact people of AllDreams Vacations and his explanation was that they were changing the telephone system and had several days with serious problems.

Right now I'm back from my vacation at Disney and I really liked the hotel they gave me. My 6 had a great time.

BE CAREFUL MEXICAN AUDIENCE - I saved my skin thanks to the previous comments!
The thief of enterpreneurs "Tous Software C", to my surprise, they advertised themselves on CNN en Español, Saturday February 12, around 12:30 noon (Western Time).

They invite the audience to call 1(800)919-6064 if they knew the answers to a couple of questions. Those who give the right answers will get a free vacation. The CNN TV spot was repeated three times and lasted about 5 seconds each time:

PREGUNTA NUMERO UNO: NOMBRE CON EL QUE FUE CONOCIDO MARIO MORENO? RESPUESTA: CANTINFLAS.

PREGUNTA NUMERO DOS: QUIEN ES EL PRINCIPE DE LA CANCION?
RESPUESTA: JOSE, JOSE.

I called to answer the second question. Two people with a Cuban accent: SUSANA LOPEZ and later on ALEXANDER PINEDA, both did a good job, assisted me in getting my credit card information. They congratulated me because I won a $3,000.00 value vacation package to three destinations of my selection: Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), Can-Cún, Puerto Vallarta, Las Vegas, Disneylad, etc., etc. The prize was for four people to stay two or three nights in each place within the next two years. For this prize I needed to pay $300.00 Dls. of of taxes (10%) plus $79.00 Dls. to extend the two years limit period of time to book my vacation trips.

THEIR MISTAKE: The lady Susana Lopez mention that I was going to receive an email in the next ten minutes and few days later an envelope with all the information. On the other part the man, Alexander Pineda said that I was going to receive a package in about ten days but he did not mention nothing about the e-mail. An hour later I went to my computer to wait for the email which I did received. By evening time I realized that everything was a reap-off a group of lazy individuals who do not beleive in honesty and never will stop abusing of good people until they get caught by the Police.

I filed a complaint against All Dream on the Attorney General Website.  I've also contacted Executive and Marketing personnel at the two radio stations I heard the advertisement on.  This is what happened to me:
ATTENTION OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL (PAM BONDI):
I first responded to 94.9 FM radio ad on Friday, April 1st (April Fool?s Day, coincidence or what?!?!) at 1-800-410-5544 at approximately 12pm to answer question to win vacation.  I answered correctly and "Annette Morales" told me to stand by cell phone and someone would call me back in 10 minutes.  She called me back from local number 305-647-2469 to congratulate me on winning 3 vacation packages ($3,000 value) all of which were for 4 people and for 4days/3 nights.  I was provided with all kinds of details for each trip: 1) Disney all inclusive with free admission for all 4 of us to theme park of my choice 2) Daytona (all inclusive also) 3) Punta Cana in Dominican Republic all inclusive (food, hotel, car rental, drinks, activities, transportation from airport to hotel, etc).  I was so excited I almost cried!  I have been going thru some difficult times lately and felt this would be great for my husband and our two small children.  She (Annette Morales) asked if I wanted to pay registration of $299 now so I excitedly said ?Yes?!  I gave them my home phone number, home address, cell phone numbers, email address (so they can send me confirmation and details of vacation package). She then connected me with a man who very quickly explained the same exact things and asked for credit card number for charge of $379.84 registration fee instead of $299 but they spoke so fast I figured it was with tax and other travel charges included. I received a confirmation number, and I was told I?d receive all the info by email within a few minutes and by mail in 7-10 days and that the trip could be used within the next two years and if for whatever reason time could not be taken off from work or any other issue that 2 year deadline could be extended.

That same day at approx. 6pm I heard the same ad in another radio station 95.7FM (same question) so I called again same 1-800 number and answered and again they told me I won.  Well needless to say I got suspicious so I called my friend's husband who is a police officer and he looked up the two numbers.  He found out the name of company was "All Dreams Vacation" as is listed on my credit card statement as of same day with pending charge of $379.84 (mind you still no email after 6 hours).  He began reading me all the reviews about how this was a scam!  He could not find one good review where someone actually went through with the trip.  I got scared so that same evening I called my credit card company to stop the payment but they said the charge was pending and they couldn?t do anything until the charge is actually posted.  Once posted then I can dispute the charge.  I was advised to contact company to cancel reservation.  I called the local number right away and told them I wanted to cancel.  The man asked me "why" (no professional language whatsoever and didn?t ask me for confirmation number or anything to look up my info) so I told him "husband didn't agree with it" so he started yelling out "who helped Tamara?" but in Spanish of course, to see who it was that had helped me.  I told him that it didn't matter who helped me and I really didn't care to speak to the same person and I just wanted to cancel.  He put someone else on the phone who "acted" serious like he was a manager or something and he provided me with another 1-800 number.  I called, but to no surprise there was no answer there only a recording that said hours of operation were from 9am-5pm and to leave message. I didn?t.  I called again today Sunday 4/3/11 and none of the numbers are working. After recording comes out announcing All Dream Vacation it says some operator will be with you then call hangs up.  Several times, I've called 1-800-410-5544 (as announced on radio), 1-800-919-6064 (to contact Annette Morales again which she gave me in case I had any questions), 1-800-587-7016 (for reservations) and the local number 305-647-2469 (where registration info and credit card number was given).  I've got them all saved, including the ones the other victims have reported in various websites on line for this very same company.  After reading reviews on the following websites and checking out the Better Business Bureau, I doubt I'll be getting anything.  I am going to pursue legal action if this is not corrected and I get my money back if it is charged and posted to my credit card.  If my credit card gets charged and I do not get my money back, I will seek legal action to all involved parties of these fraudulent criminals.  Thank you.

One person said: ?VGC Corporation of America with Lic. st36113, which is their seller id # and they have been running these scams since 2008, under other DBA and the lady on the phone said (at the dept of Consumer Service in Fla) was very familiar with this scam but by the time you talk to them, they really can only get your written complain, assigning a case manager and by then the business information has closed.?

I?m also going to contact the following individuals regarding the fraudulent advertising on their radio stations:

I then sent email to the two above including the President of Corporate office:

Hi Victor, as per our conversation this afternoon here is the email with the information I reported to the Attorney General regarding the scam that is being advertised on your radio station as well as El Zol 95.7 by All Dream Vacation (aka All Dream Vacations Corp/All Dreams Vacations/All Dreams Travel/Five Stars Vacation/5 Stars Vacations) which you have agreed you will investigate and assure that the situation is resolved and my credit card will not be charged or money will be credit/returned to me.

This is the ad where the guy asks you to call 1-800-410-5544 and give them the name of a country that does not the contain the letter "A".  There are others but this is the question in the radio ads I responded to. The Better Business Bureau link has the different addresses they've gone by and some other phone numbers they given which are most likely all false.  I even traced one of the addresses back to a residential home in Doral. The other links are reviews by other victims I found online when I googled all the numbers they gave me when I was desperately trying to get in touch with them to cancel my credit card charge by them.

Please read the attached complaint filed online with Attorney General and please respond with your intention to resolve this situation.  You informed me that you would look into this on Monday, however, If I do not get a response from you or someone on your behalf by Wednesday, April 6th, I am going to assume that you have no intention of investigating this matter and will go forward with legal action as necessary.  Thank you.

See Attachment.
