My office has been receiving calls from "Jerusalem Miami" at this number for about a year now. The people who call are always foreigners and only ask to speak to the owner.  They are very rude and usually quite dumb, to use a nice term. You can tell them a thousand and one times that you are not interested,  but they always call back,  forgetting that they only spoke to you a hundred times before that. These people are the scum of the earth.

Anyone who cold calls a business and asks for the owner is running a SCAM. This is not now and never was a legitmate way to sell services. You deserve to be hung up on immediately. Or placed into a voicemail black hole.

Poor little scammers sounds like it's having a bad day in the boiler room. Sites like this are making it increasing difficult for you clowns to conduct your scam. Thanks for the ringing endorsement. Now you can go back to the boiler room and hope like hell the next legit business you annoy hasn't read about you on here.

I am quite intelligent and not ignorant at all.  Ignorance is making these kinds of reports off assumptions instead of facts.   I really believe all of you are scared of making errors and being taken advantage of, which is fine, but to belittle another person becuase of your lack of knowledge is not appropriate at all.

I am very nice.  YOu dont tell the whole story.  You accused me of calling for your money. I said I make quite enough and I drive a convertible 2011, and I dont need anything from you, and that if that was how you speak to your prospetive clients, then I wouldnt work with you at all. You didnt send me anywhere, much less hell.  Is this what you do as a business owner.  Now I understand.  I would never send you one of my clients ever!

Well, it sounds like if you hadnt lied, and the owner, your husband, would have been honest, you would have found out exactly why i called.  I knew it was the owner on the phone and I dont work with liars.  I wanted to see if you were an honest company before I even talked with you.  You know how many construction companies run scams and operate under false or other peoples licenses here in Miami.  As far as the nonprofit....you make this up, these words never come from my mouth, nor am i rude enought to put someone on hold like that or lie.  I never kept a client or potential on hold more than 10 sec becuase I think its disrespectful and wouldnt have it done to me.

I do not need to tell you or explain to you the details of my matter.  You have no idea why I called.  There are a lot of good attorneys in Fl, but if it is a problem to speak to the attorney, how do I know you will even speak to me if you handle my case.  As was the same as Attorney Scott Nooney in FL, who never talked to me for 2 yrs of my motorcycle case, I have now numbness in my left arm from the middle finger to my little finger.  I have 7 disks out and no help all because he wanted to settle for 60000.00 so he could get his quick cash.  Well, thanks, you like them, probably would leave others the same as well and I dont work with people like that.  I want to know I work with an attorney who cares about me and my health in the future, not just money.

My brother is a tax attorney.  You asked me if I was an attorney, and I said no, my brother is a tax attorney, and what did that have to do with me calling.  Please, if you say something, give the full facts.  You dont know me, I have a job and am an honest person.  Dont make me comments when you didnt even bother to take the time to meet with me or have the owner call me to know why I called.  All of these reports are of people who are scared.  You base these comments on imaginary fantasise of what could or could not be.  What do you think will happen if you take the time to meet with a person or get the facts.  Maybe then you can update all these comments and becuase you see what the facts are, you will have a different story to tell.  Again, I speak for myself, I dont know a lot of these people you are complaining about, the company is international.  I can say I do business wiht honesty!

I never have , nor ever will say I am something I am not.  I work for a company called DAGM.  I ask to speak to the business owner of the business I have been recommended to contact becuase the owner is the business decision maker of the company.  In business, you meet with the owner to do business, not a representative at other level in a company.  When a person has a business matter to discuss, they speak with the owner, not a secretary ot a gate keeper.  If the owner calls back, I go over the details of why I called and then ask for a meeting if the owner is open to that.  I never would push an owner to do business with the company I work for, but I definitely think that a secretary or any other person in a business has the right to say no to an "owner's" decision.  Also, a business matter is for the owner and I do not waste my time nor think it is necessary to explain myself to a secretary or anyone else when it is the owners decision.  it is a waste of my time.  if the owner is interrested he/she will call back or not, and if so, then can say no to meeting or not.  There is no SCAM in asking to speak to the owner.  I do believe, however, it is not ethical or right to invent ideas or if other employees lie, I cannot be responsible for what they say.  I do my job with honesty.  If you dont like that, then thats fine.  Dont put word or invent things.  And if someone says any different, or if you speak to someone who acts different than this, it was not me you spoke to!!!

Yes got a call from Mark Goodman --- said his brother a tax lawyer gave my name and needed someone to do relocation work etc etc.  Kept talking then he got to the true nature of call -- looking to connect me to ........ clients in jewish community if after we meet he likes me -- advised that I wasn't interested then got a little RUDE .... TOLD HIM TO HAVE A GREAT DAY and went back to work.

Yes, Mark Goodman or so he says just called and said he was looking for an attorney.  I asked him what kind of attorney he was looking for and he wouldn't say.  I said I needed to screen my bosses calls and he said he would not be screened.  LOL!  Dif. a salesperson.

Yep at first I thought it was a contractor wanting to use us for a large job in medical offices, but, since he insisted on speaking with the owner I knew it was bogus! Anyway, if these guys were actually smart they would come through like an actual customer instead of just demanding the owners name right off the bat. LOL. Oh well.

we got just got a call from 305-830-1451Mark Goodman, he asked and insist to talk to the Owner  of the Business, He said He has several clients to refer.  My husband told him, Owner is not here just give me your name an phone number 305-899-1112.  I called to this number was the same voice and I asked for Mark Goodman, He left me 5 minutes on hold, He came back and He said He is not here but I can help you, give me your name, we do all kind of jobs and also we are a non-profit organization collecting donations. This is scam. so be aware and do not answer the call from these phones 305-830-1451 and 305-899-1112 JERUSALEM MIAMI.

Horrible Mark Goodman is HORRIBLE. Called multiple times, was extremely rude because I would not let him speak to the owner. My boss apparently had already blocked him on his cell, so when he came calling on the office phone I was told by my boss to curse him out and told him not to call. He calls to tell me how much money he makes what a a rude insignificant secretary I am and will always be and such I sent him to hell and argued for alittle while for fun and hung up.  Not only am I an civil engineer but Im also the daughter of the man who owns the company, Im next in line to be the president to take over the company in a few years.

We received a call today from the same guy.. very rude and ignorant. He tries to intimidate people saying that we just lots tons of money because I didn?t want to disclosure the owners name and location. What a scam.. Seriously, I wish we could do something about it as it seems the same place has been bothering people over 2 years accordingly to these comments.

We received a call from the same "Mark Goodman". When we returned the call the secretary identified the company as "DAGM" and stated the he "Mark" was not available. A few minutes later a man who identified himself as "Mark Goodman" returned my call and asked if we worked in the commercial construction industry and went on to say he needed to speak to the owner of the company. This is when I knew something was up. I found this thread simply by typing in the number that was provided upon initial contact. I think is is safe to say it is a scam.

Same thing with this Mark Goodman, he says he represent the jewish community in south florida with a company name DAGM and wants to talk exclusively to the owner. Very vague and nothing believable.

So you decided  to lose clients because people scared you with their comments.
As a business owner you should check all facts before making a decision , otherwise you lose money.
Luckly there are enough CPA to serve us.

I just received the phone called that I was highly recommended by one of my clients, she went by the name of DIDA or something like that and she insisted that she needed to meet this week so I can belong to the referal book for this year. I told her next week and insisted to meet me the next day and then while I was talking to her I googled the number and when I found this website. I told her that Thank you but I couldn't meet with her the next day and that I googled the number and some disturbing comments came up and I hung up.

Got a call from a Mark Goodman stating he could refer me to many clients if he put me on the Jewish Directory, he seemed very determined to meet me in person, I asked him about his website and if he could send me some info by email and he said he did everything in person, that seemed odd to me....I am glad I read your comments before I wasted my time.

yes ,the same Mark called today 08/07/2012, after hours to my office and he was very pushing after I said I was the company's owner..finally I liberated from him after telling him sorry I AM in the middle of something and hang up the phone.

I am the owner of a durable medical equipment company. Received a call from Mark Goodman and he was very insistent on meeting with me at my office because the Jewish Directory was closing this week and I would have to wait a year to go on their preferred referral list if he didn't meet with me this week. I told him I was leaving for vacation and I would call him back next week but he didn't want to hear that, he kept insisting to meet with me otherwise I would have to wait a year before I could be put on directory. I then asked him for a website that I could review before I met with him. He said he does everything in person. That did not sound right, actually the whole thing sounded wrong. He kept saying he could send me a lot of business through the Jewish Community. I didn't buy any of what he was selling. I think they will simply steal our money.

TO ME...HAS ANYONE OUT THERE RECIEVED A CALL FROM MR MARK GOODMAN???

Apparently "Manny" didn't remember the argument we had on the phone about 2 months ago. He left a voicemail last night...just saying "This is Manny, call me back at 305-899-1112"...I remembered instantly his voice. I blocked my caller ID and called back this morning. First call went to a voicemail with his voice, which didn't say a company name as usual. I called back again, a woman answered the phone. I said I was investigating harassing calls that have been made by a "Alan Rosinsky" and a "Manny" from this phone number. She said Alan Rosinsky is no longer with them. I asked what it was he was doing. "She said they do work with the Jewish Community". I asked what kind of work, so she just kept repeating, then she got nervous and asked the name of my company...I said, I was asking the questions, not her ( In the rude tone that Manny uses". She started yelling, so I hung up on her this time. God its fun giving it back to scum bags like this...I suggest you do the same. :) just dial *67 before you call them back at 305-899-1112. Waste their time like they wasted ours.

Pushy guy named Manny asked what we do first, then asked for owners name. I asked what Manny does, and why he wants the owners name. He got aggressive instantly. I enjoy being the gatekeeper as the manager of our business, so I figured I would have fun with the idiot. Kept him fighting for about 10 minutes, and got all of my frustrations out on him that I can't take out on clients, lol. I asked him name of his business, he said D.A.G. and they are looking to partner with our owner to help clients invest in properties. I said, sure...I will have the owner of the business who he didn't even know what sort of business we were in, call him back...a man named Manny, with a business called D.A.G. that doesn't have a website, wont share their business plan, and won't tell me why he is calling". Manny didn't like that and started to yell, saying he asked me in English 3 times the name of the owner. I laughed and said, listen buddy, I'm the gate keeper, until you prove to me you are worth a call, I will just continue to waste your time so you can't bother other businesses like this. :) he hung up on me, lol...sometimes you just have to give it back to these idiots.

Recieved call from Jerusalem Miami. Claimed to not be selling anything and yet was VERY pushy in insisting to speak with the owner. Even said he was "too busy" when I offered an email address for him to contact. He said he was interested in "referring clients", but did not sound legit. This is merely a ploy and they definitely are trying to sell something.

I also received a call from (305)899-1112 at 5:40 pm yesterday from "Alan Rosinsky".  He advised that my Company was  highly recommended to him.  He left a VM stating that he was calling for homehealth services and although it was after hours, I was left to believe that someone needed care. He advised that he has a large volume of jewish clients that need our services.  He further reported that he represents the  "Jewish Phone Directory" but,  could not tell me anything on the phone.  After I hung up I had a strange feeling that this wasn't "kosher" and decided to do some research.  Thank you for the opportunity to verify my hunch.  I will be calling to cancel the appt. he insisted he make in person.
