They call once a day, late evening (eastern time). It sounds like a call center in the background, but they never talk.

Phone rings 3-4x, leaves no message.  Calls received only in evening around 7:10 pm.

Same problem as everybody but this my 1st call from 305-907-1099. Rings and I answer and the line is silent then diconnect.
I called the number back and got an answer service recording to leave a message. I didn't.

Called at 8:54 p.m. - rang 4 times and hung up.

They call at all hours and no one on the other end.  They never leave a message either.

they call, and don't leave a message. when i call it back it says it is a disconnected number. usually around 8pm.

3059071099  is from Miami, the hialeah section, of florida. solicitators or scammers. just hang up

I got a call from 3059071099, we anserwd the phone and they hung up , why call and hangup? thats not a very good way to sell anything

Call came from Miami FL number  305-907-1099 something of supporting the Florida Highway Patrol. Asking for donations.

We got the call and we are on the National Do-not Call list. Miami is the 'hot-bed' for charity and Medicaid fraud. Hang up! Do not talk to them! They could ask for donations for a Police organization, or charity for the Veterans or for Haiti. DO NOT believe them. Also, if they continue to call you, file a formal 'harassment' complaint with your local phone company. They have all the means to find out who the caller is, and they WILL take action (I know because I am a retired phone company employee).
