Same number called today saying they had my brother after a car accident and they wanted 1500 cash or jewlery to drop him off at a gas station, the police said there was nothing they could do.  We filled a police report for nothing they say their's nothing they can do.  The phone call ended up me making fun of them for being stupid criminals.  There story didn't match. There idiots, stupid MF. I sent them to hell.

This is a bad person who tries to get information out of you! They tell you someone in your family is hurt if they can't tell you the persons name and they don't know your name its a sick scam!! Can't wait until this guy calls the wrong person who'll put his words into action.

Said my father was in an accident and needs help. I informed him my father has been dead for 20 years, so he said maybe it's my brother.  He asked my brother's name and said that he would check and see if it is him.  When I asked the name of the victim and told caller to tell me the name - like I was really going to be the one to feed him information - he started cursing and calling me mother f--------, sob, etc.

Same number called my  mother today stating that my son was in an accident and that they wanted $1,500.00  or they would hurt or kill him.  My mom is 83 years old  with heart problems.  
These people are sick to do this to the elderly.

I got a call from these morons, they said my wife was in a car accident with their cousin and they were wanted by the law and she was hurt and If I wanted to see her again I had to western union money to them via Puerto Rico, well 1 I'm not married and 2 I acted like I was all scared and willing to comply and instead I drove to the local sheriff dept and when I got their I told the dump Hispanic a** hole I was at Publix and walking in to comply with his demands and instead I walked into the sheriffs depth and handed to phone to the deputy.  Unfortunately there probably isn't much that can be done but at least these scamming morons got me and not someone who fell for their lame attempt at scamming someone.

My Father received a phone call from this number: (305) 965-0485, The Person sounded like Hispanic Male from Cuba or Puerto Rico: Saying that my father's brother was in a car accident, and that his cousins got into a fight and beat his brother up. And now they wanting money for the damages $1,500.  The police can not get involved because he is an illegal immigrant.  Then violently expressing that they would kill him, if he does not act quickly.

This is a person needs to be stop, who now's what poor soul has fallen victim to this con. Please report to the proper authority.

This guy is in Miami and is scamming people by telling them that their family member has been in a car accident and they are holding them hostage until the family comes up with money for the repairs.  They tell you to wire the money thru Western Union.  Its a scam.  Don't send them any money.

Received call from 305 965 0485 a man (sounded Puerto Rican) told me a male friend of mine was in a bad car accident and he was in a gas station....seems to me this is the same story but don't understand why police hasn't been able to trace this guy down.

I recived a call from this number and was told a relative- your mother?  Has crashed into my car.  I am wanted by the police so I left and took your mother who is injured with me.  I would have to pay them for damages in cash or they would hurt my mother for what she did to their car.  Meanwhile I text my family and was told she was home and ok.  The number 305965-0485 is registred to Juan Carlos Jaramillo who has more than 20 know addresses in South Florida and Maryland.  If he calls you send him a thank you note to his current home address 6811 SW 27th St

I received the same call yesterday... i was in my job and they told me that a family member just had an accident and that he was very hurt... it was a long coversation... thay wanted me to drive to the nearest hospital so they can take him there... i told them the name of a hospital close to me and i started to get nervous started crying and all they would say is that if i told someone or hang up they would kill him... it was a very bad moment.... i almost went and maybe they would of done what to me..... pleaseeeeeee have someone do something about this........

Received a call from this prick stating my husband had messed up his car and that he was badly beat up.  They were not going to take him to the hospital until I sent money to repair his car.  I told him to go suck it and hung up.  He needs to go get a job

I received the same call today. That my dad got in an accident with them and they beat him up because he wanted to call the cops and they refused because they have problems with the law. They requested 1200 for his safe return. A complete lie. Obviously their new years resolution is not to be better people.

some guy us from this number today is a puertorican guy saying that my brother was in an accident LOL my brother is in bootcamp. Beware of this people they may call your family or friend let them know this people have a way of getting your contacts number.

I just received a call from the same number 305 9650485 and he also told me that a relative of mine was in an accident and that he was at a gas station, and ask me for name of my brothers, son etc JUST TO CONFIRM it..and i sent him to hell  and I trully hope someone gets this guy.

This same number 3059650485 called my elderly father at about 8am eastern time on his safelink wireless phone saying his daughter(me) was in a car accident and he need 1200.00 dollar deposited to take me to the hospital because I was in severe health conditions...what a scam!!!! Mind u I was fine at work..nothing was wrong. BE VERY CAREFUL

My mother received a call today stating that my brother was in an accident and that they wanted $1,500.00 wired to them through Western Union or they would hurt or kill him.  This is a scam, these people are monsters!!! My mother has cancer is already suffering to get a call like this put her over the edge.  These people need to be arrested for a very long time.  They are inhuman to do this to poor defenseless elderly persons.  If this happens to you please report it, I told her to report it and the officer stated that they had already had 10 complaints this past week alone with the same MO.

I just received a call from the same number 305 9650485. He also told me that a relative of mine was in an accident and that he was at a gas station, when I asked what the relatives name was he hung up. I called back and he told me "ca***e en tu madre".

My mother received a call from this number. A man spoke to her in spanish asking her if she had any brothers or a son. She told them no and the man told her - "then I guess wait for him to get killed or die before you run out" and hung up on her. No one in my family was hurt - not sure what the man wanted to get out of the phone call but beware!!
