How do I stop them?

Got a call around 11AM EST.  Didin't pick up.  No message left.

Received a call from this number. Couldn't answer right away and called back. I was surprised - someone picked up the phone! Usually there's a message of some type like 'This number is not reachable' or something. Anyways, a friendly lady answered and said that I will get a $100 dollar gift card from Walmart or Target from their sponsor which name I didn't get. In order to get things done for me she said she needed some info. Instead of answering I asked her what kind of info is needed. Apparently 'All' she needed was my full name, address, email, brief survey 4-5 questions and ... of course a fee of $6.99 to process my gift card :))) I also asked how did they chose me for the gift card and how do they know my phone number. The answer was - 'I don't know, I guess someone put your phone number. I'm just in processing and don't have any other information'. That's all. It didn't answer my questions, so i didn't answer hers. There is no way for a reasonably thinking person to give all their personal info just because 'someone put their number' doesn't even say where.
Dear scammers and telemarketers, please give your representatives little more info about their future victims. Just phone number doesn't work.

Senior Healthcare Supply scam call. Reported to both my local police (heavy retired population) and to FTC.

Rec'd a call at 745 pm. The phone rang about 25 times or more until I couldn't take it anymore and answered. There was no name on the called ID but the number showed as 308-210-9052. I angrily answered and stated I don't accept sales calls. The line was silent. It sounded like dead air.

Now they are selling satellite TV systems.

this number called my home phone at 6:15 a.m. trying to sell me a security system.  I was jarred awake from sleep and wouldn't have answered but I thought it might have been my mother calling who is in an assisted living facility.  When i hung up on the caller, I went back to sleep and was awakened 20 minutes later with a call again!!  I didn't answer and they called 2 more times....obviously to harass me!!  How do I get all of these soliciters to quit calling my number!  I have a block on all 800 numbers, but they are not 800 numbers!!  help!

receive calls constantly from Home Security 308-210-9052 offering FREE security system but u have to pay for it monthly.  I have turned them down every time but they wont STOP calling

I just received a call from 308-210-9052. Per usual, I did not answer since the caller ID showed it to be a Nebraska number and I have no need nor desire to talk with such a caller. I figured it was a spam call, looks to be correct after reading the posts. Fortunately my iPhone, with it's crappy new Ios7, has a "block caller" function that I was wanting to use. Hope it works!

Got a call from (308)210-9052 at 6am, not happy!  Not suppose to call before 8am!

Adam - He is selling insurance.  Was rude when I asked to be put on their "Do Not Call" list.  He said sarcastically "I'm sorry I called..." and went on.  I hung up.

Called stating I was looking at Home Improvement projects.. Stated NOPE and she hung up..

Got a call from this number (308-210-9052) about 5 minutes ago.  Went searching for it and landed here.  They called my cell but I didn't answer.  They didn't leave voicemail.

308-210-9052 called here. Said he was James, wanted to give me a free wireless GE home security system if I would put a sign in my yard. Told him no thanks. He started in on how a lot of people say that. Poor guy must be lonely. Hung up on him, filed a complaint at DoNotCall.gov

Calls the cell phone, does not leave a voice mail.

Not a sales call but soliciting for any need for home improvement services and they will contract the local service providers.

From James "Family Security" selling insurance, told him thanks but please keep me off your list, he agreed, nice, done.

Ever since I ask the girl rep from 308-210-9052  if she knew

that her mother was bent over my Johndeere tractor

with my johnson up her rear ??  She was so rude to hang up on me !

They have called back over 10 times!  I guess they like someone to talk dirty to them !

Just received 3 calls from this number. I did not pickup, but the calls came in a wave of every 3-5 minutes. I'm ready to heave the phone line.

They idiots are blowing up my cell and starting to really piss me off. Called August 15 @1329 hrs, September 30 @ 1123 hrs, 1536 hrs, 1537 hrs, Today October 2, @ 1146 hrs, 1452 hrs, 1456 hrs, 1501 hrs. They will not leave messages, and sometimes they only ring two times.
These scumbags are so ANNOYING!!!!!!!

This number has called me 6 times in the last 5 minutes. I'm getting so fed up with my phone ringing like crazy I'd like to reach through the phone and STRANGLE someone!!

I don't answer, since it's obviously a spoof/scam. If I don't answer long enough, maybe they'll go away...?
