This is a robo call for Special Olympics Illinois. It's silly because they do not leave a message, nor do they say anything when you answer the phone. I figured how who they were when I called the number back. Then you get an automated message telling you who they are, and how to get more information from their website. They then offer an option to be entered on their Do Not Call list, by entering your phone number. I hope this works. It's irritating that a noble organization resorts to this tactic to get their message out!

They call at all hours. Just called me now at 8:50pm. I do not answer, they do not leave a message.
All caller ID says is "Chillicothe, IL 309-270-2298"

Also getting repeated calls from this number, with called ID saying "SOI IL". Called the number back and it is a fundraising effort for special olympics. I entered my number into their do not call list. We'll see if the calls stop after 48 hours as they promised.

We are getting two to four calls a day from this number -- quite annoying!

Yes they are collecting for Special Olymipics. I have donated to this in the past. It bothers me though that they do not leave a message nor does the Caller ID identify them as who they are. All it says is SOI IL. So is it them or someone else.
