No message left after answering machine picked up.  I have been registered (for over a year now) with the Federal Trade Commission's  National "Do Not Call" list and immediately reported this number (even though it showed as "UNAVAILABLE" on my caller ID).  These slimy telemarketers are clearly "VIOLATORS" so do not hesitate to IMMEDIATELY report them to the FTC's National "Do Not Call" list @ (888) 382-1222 (online option #4).  I would also highly suggest/recommend that those who receive these types of calls to IMMEDIATELY call the FTC's "Do Not Call" list, report them as a "VIOLATOR" (and also choose the option to allow the FTC to report this to law enforcement by following the "Do Not Call" list's online prompts).  These "VIOLATOR" WILL be fined heavily and prosecuted for each and every violation and if everyone reports them, they will go out of business (as well as having their arrogant CEO's sentenced to prison terms).

calls constantly hangs up when the answering machine takes the call.

They continuously call but most of the time my kids answer and they hang up on my kids.  They do not identify themselves either.  I have started answering the phone and when they ask for me I tell them they have the wrong number.  That seems to work with other numbers.

I am (and have been registered on for several months) the FCC's "National Do Not Call List" and yet I still continue to receive calls from this violator (who identifies themselves in looped/repeated/endless messages on my messsage machine as: GoMakeTheMove.com" and who offers mortgage and high debt consolidation).  I am now reporting each and every call to the FCC's Do Not Call List at: (888) 382-1222.  For this to be effective, follow their simple prompts, suppy them with the necessary information, and (if you wish, which will be more effective), give the FCC your name and mailing address so that they can refer/report these violations to local law enforcement who are obligated to jointly enforce (with the FCC) the protections provided by the National Do Not Call list registry.
