I got same text "hey Thomas" but when i wrote back who is this they didn't send me anything in return. I also called the # and got a voice mail that seemed pretty sketchy. The last time my wife got something like this we ended up with a credit card statement in her name for $500.00 and she has been a victim of identity theft...way to bring in the new year!!!

Yeah I did, the text just said "hey Paul" I thought it was someone I knew that I gave my number to that I forgot I did. Then I replied "who is this" then then they said to add them on yahoo messenger. So it's definitely spam but I want to know how they knew my name.
